Mountain Mike’s Pizza

I haven’t been here since it was Round Table Pizza & that was a long time ago! Before I walked in the door, I can see inside the kitchen where workers were working and noticed none of them had gloves on.
A man greeted us when we walked to the counter, but we just told him we’re waiting for the rest of our party to arrive and if we can sit in the big booth in the corner. He was nice and said yes.
Dena Ann was the cashier at the time and helped took our orders. She was nice and friendly. We ordered the Mountain size, half combo half pepperoni, then a large half cheese half pep, bread sticks and 8 drinks (total $ 81) which was more expensive than we thought.
It seemed like it took forever for the pizza to come, but when it did … it was delicious! The pep tasted great. The combo was really good, but I think there was too much mushrooms on it and not enough sausage.
Never had the cinnamon pizza bread thing, but when the man dropped it off at our table, I had to try. It was really sweet and tasted like a cinnabon with syrup. My boyfriend loved it, but it was too sweet for me even though it was good.
The arcade area was clean, but small. There was a lot of those small machines for bouncey balls, stickers, temporary tattoos… a good selection actually. My son won 3 stuff animals and his cousin had 2 from the Claw machine.
I overheard a woman complain about the salad bar, saying something was either old or had mold because they had to dump the whole container out in the trash. I didn’t order anything from the salad bar and I usually don’t because of that. I don’t like food being sat out for a long period of time.
Overall, the place was clean. The staff was nice. We came on a Sunday night, it wasn’t busy.

After a long day of work tired I use eat24 from Unilocal to order my dinner.
I choose this place by suggestion eat24 app
1 media pizza and 6 cheese sticks ($ 40.00)
The delivery took almost 90min. The pizza and the cheese sticks was cold.
And I got sick soon I finish to eat.
2 star only for the delivery guy smiling and friendly.

I came home from work and decided to order pizza because it’s a million degrees outside and inside my home. I didn’t want to cook.
I ordered from mountain mikes, which is about 10 minutes away from my house…
an hour passed…
still not here,
I called and the guy on the other end of the line said that my pizza hasn’t even been finished getting made yet.
All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza
So I decided to say screw it, whatever. I didn’t want to wait any longer, I’ll just go to safeway.
Thanks for the huge let down Mountain Mikes.

pizza is good, but nothing beats the friendly staff. first experience at mountain mikes was amazing. thank you

BBQ chicken pineapple luau is the best pizza I have had in years. This is my new favorite pizza place!

Tried to play an order over the phone and was put on hold 3 times. Unacceptable. Horrible customer service. Find another mountain mikes location.

I called just before opening to place an order for 8 pizzas for a birthday party. I asked for them to be ready just before noon. As promised they were all ready at that time.

Inconsistent!!! Which I hate…
Sometimes it’s amazing!
Sometimes it’s really great.
Sometimes it’s just okay.
At times enough to agitate.

Then there’s those times when it’s freakin terrible! Like someone forgot the dang sauce… really? Dry pizza? Or how about raw sausage /​hamburger meat? I don’t know or care which one it was, it shouldn’t be RAW! Furthermore, you’re not supposed to mix cooked ingredients /​meats with raw meats (ie. all of the other prepared things like sauce, cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, veggies, and then throw raw meatballs on top??), and any commercial kitchen should know that.
So when I picked up the latest pizza, I explained the raw meat episode (with pictures on my phone), and was given a discount immediately! Nice, and thank you! She also explained about their process of dropping raw meatballs on top of prepared ingredients (also known as, cross-​contamination), and she thought that maybe a too-​large meatball didn’t get cooked all the way through. Mm, mm, mm. SMH & RMN (rolling my neck). Lol, I just made that up, hah.
Anyway, when I get home, our pizza is raw! Like the middle is doughy, gooey, mush! Last straw, man, I can’t even do it anymore. Like Randy Jackson, «Daaawg, listen dawg… It wasn’t good, dawg.»
I couldn’t decide between 2 or 3 stars, but since we’ve had more messed up, mediocre pizzas than great or amazing pizzas, I let majority rule.

I love the spacious seating here! They also have a variety, with booths and bar-​style tables, so you can choose a table that reflects your mood.
I just came in to get a pizza to take home, but it only took 15 minutes to have my pizza freshly made! Also, every single staff member I saw was super friendly to me, and there were about 5 different staff!
My only beef is that they changed their discount Tuesdays to 40% instead of the original 50%. Their pizza is normally pretty expensive, so definitely go on a Tuesday if your bank account doesn’t floweth over.

I ordered around 450 they told me 15 maybe 20 min for my order to be done my order wasn’t ready until 547 pm this is just ridiculous they staffing was rude didn’t try to apologize or even so type of compensation like $$ off my order don’t know if I’ll be back with so many pizza choices out there maybe the xtra drive is worth it

I have always been a fan of mountain Mike’s every since i had my first slice of pepperoni pizza in Stockton 1998. This particular location seemed to be a little under staffed but they definitely made it work with what they had. This was my first time at this location and will probably be my last time to stop in there on a sunday. There were tons of little league baseball coaches in there dropping f bombs as if they were professional coaches. Got a tip for you guys… stop trying to live your lives through little kids. just because you guys sucked as players… dont ruin the game for them. It should be fun.

This is the first time I ordered from them and I ordered a size way too big. I called them to change it and they said it was already in the oven. They helped me out by giving me a discount on the extra large size. Great customer service and delicious pizza. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

They cool. I always tip. They forgot my ranch a few times, but other then that. Smooth sailing. I order from delivery two to three times a month. 30 minutes the fastest time they ever made it hear & THEY FORGOT MY RANCH !!!

Had the buffet there today.
Came 10 minutes after 2 but they Let me have still. Wasn’t bad but compared to round table much different experiene. Overall pizza lacked meat but it was a buffet.

The pizza is great and the place looks clean, staff are friendly, even the delivery people try to make small talk instead of just take my money and run, I only have them 4 stars because they forget to bring all the ranches I have purchased and I’m very particular about having to eat my pizza with ranch. I also wouldn’t recommend getting a salad to go, it was just very dry and not appetizing at all. Seriously though best pizza choice in pittsburg so far!

I am typically not a «traditional» pizza fan, but this was a pretty good traditional pizza. Very good pepperoni– spicy and soooo many of them! Service was awesome on the phone and in person. Was not a fan of the interior of the place, so I would do takeout every time– which it what you typically do with traditional pizza anyways.

I love mountain mikes pizza! Every pizza I have orders has been so good! Staff is very friendly. They delivery. You don’t have to wait long for your order. The lunch buffet is good too!

Great lunch special! Salad bar is a little small, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in any way. I’m a fan!
