Slow slow and slower… I had to wait to spend my money after the cashiers finished their gossiping session. One was so kind to tell the other to take my card. Then order was entirely incorrect and not fresh. Smh Next time they should post the employees social hour at the drive to allow you to avoid the peak hours.

BURNT, BURNT! Grilled Teriyaki chicken(which we had to wait for because there wasn’t any ready) — burnt as hell. Like seriously? How do you cook it too long while people are waiting? Chow mein-she scraped together the last few noodles from the bowl. It was also burnt plus cold. I saw fresh chow mein come out while we were waiting for the chicken. String bean chicken– very good *cooked to perfection* Broccoli beef– that’s beef!!! Broccoli has great texture. Mystery meat, not so much. As the drive-thru worker was making plates, she was still taking orders. That’s gross; her talking over the food. Stay away from this location.

It’s surprising that Panda could get one star. I don’t think Panda has the best Chinese food, but it’s good enough to satisfy my cravings. This was my first time at this specific location and there was nothing really negative that stood out to me. Upon entering, there was a good amount of people in line but the line moved at the usual speed compared to other locations. It wasn’t like the service was horrible or the place was gross. When ordering, the lady serving us was friendly and quick. Everything at this spot was just like any other Panda place to me. I didn’t eat my food an hour later, but it was still good. I would come back here if I wanted to. Maybe those who gave bad ratings should give it another try… I’ll probably be back and update my review if necessary, but so far so good.

Made my first online order thinking it would save me some time. Well, not really! Went to pick up order at designated time and my order wasn’t even filled yet so I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order! And they didn’t even apologize for the delay! Poor customer service

I remember a time when I used to look forward to eating at panda express, but my recent visit to this location left me very displeased. The chow mein was very dry and flavorless, reminding me of uncooked top ramen. The fried rice was very bland, dry, and also missing the eggs. The orange chicken was too chewy and seemed like it had been over-cooked. To make matters worse, I ordered my meal to go and after a very short drive home(I live very close to this location) my food was already cold and I had to throw it in the microwave. I’ll sum all this up with one word, DISGUSTING!

Tried this place for the first time and I am so disappointed! I go to the Panda Express in Pittsburg a lot and they are great. Expecting the same here. The girl at the drive thru was rude, the food was horrible!!! My fried rice was disgusting, noodles were hard, orange chicken was burned, and beef and broccoli was so chewy and had a funky taste to it. I will never be going back here!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The girl at the drive-thru was clueless. The food was cold when I got it. The broccoli in the broccoli beef was so soggy. The rice had hard crunchy dried rice in it. The beef was like chewing on an old pair of leather shoes. If the owners of Panda Express realized that this bad franchise is ruining their good name, I’d bet they’d shut them down. I will never return to this location. It was very disappointing for over $ 17.00 of fast food!

This Panda Express is gross! Food taste dull and not fresh at all! Seems like they sell days old food. Sad because Panda Express is actually a good fast food place, but this location in Antioch needs a new cook or manger. Don’t waste your money.

Ok I’ve read all these bad reviews from people that are saying they are getting crappy service and crappy food and I’ve gotta say when they first opened with the new employees they made a couple small mistakes with an order thru the drive thru but they ended up in my favor like I always order a 3 entrée triple orange chicken and fried rice with a large drink and once or twice before they had the drive thur service tuned up I was charged for something else but it was cheaper than what I ordered so I didn’t say anything but I’ve not had any issues since… it’s always quick and even the driver thru is better now I just went thru drive thru tonight it took all of about 45 seconds from ordering to leaving the window with my food couldn’t be happier and it all tasted great so I give it 4 stars cuz nobody is perfect but they are coming along nicely…

Need to agree with all the 1 star reviews. There is confusion from the moment you enter the door as to where to go, to the staff not working together at all, to the very poor food quality and lack of taste. We have been one other time, giving them a second chance, but not going back.

Stay Away! I love Panda — but whoever is cooking at this location needs to follow the recipes. Nothing tastes as it should and Panda Locations have always been super consistent… Service is lacking– they overcharge and I’ve never heard of a Chinese food place running out of chopsticks? Just saying … I’ll not be back. And the manager needs to mail me a check for the $ 10.00 spareribs that should have been $ 2.50!!!

I wish I was able to give them 0 stars. First off the«drive thru» literally takes more time than inside. Took me 20 minutes at the drive thru to be told I had to wait another 8 which turned into 15 parked in front of the store because like always they were out there of chow mein. Let me remind you that is now 45 min. Finally after they gave us our order we left and right when we were gonna grab the freeway I went through the boxes only to realize my order was incomplete. I had to go back to complain and that also took time to get someone’s attention. Something should obviously be done since I didn’t see not one positive review.

This is the WORST Panda Express that I have ever tried to visit. I went through the drive through at 9:50 p.m. At night their automated system came on and said that they were closed I then went to the window and ask them why are they close if there store said that they’re open until 10. The lady in a very rude manner told me «we have no food left and we don’t want to make anything this late because we don’t want to waste anything» I will never give my business or my money to these people again.

Takes more than 10min in drive thru to put together two simple orders with entrees. She then tells us we have to wait for an entrée(without a heads up of how long). Then they ask us to park in front without telling us how long we have to wait for our order. Terrible customer service and speed of service. Management needs to butt in or this new Panda place will be gone quick.

First off, I did not trust the drive thru. Hella busy and backed up. We came inside, NO chowmain, NO fried rice, had to wait 10min. They kept running out of all kinds of things while we were waiting. This place needs to get it together. I will not come to this one again and will drive the extra 15min. To the Panda in Antioch off Lone Tree. People are rude here and have no manners or costumer service. I can not believe how bad it is here seeing how its only been open a month. Good luck to this location.

Giving one star because unfortunately Unilocal doesn’t have anything less to give. I arrived in drive they at 9:55; just having looked online to make sure I still had at least 30 minutes before closing, I decide cool Panda it is tonight. I get to the box and the first this I hear is, rudely, «You are our last customer» and proceeds to rapidly lists off 5 items that I had the option of ordering. So in turn I ask, well did the hours recently change, because it says online you’re open until 10:30pm. She just rudely repeats what she said in the beginning. I tell her, more disgusted with the CRAP service than anything, thanks but she’s ruined my night and appetite. As an ex waitress this is truly unacceptable and it’d be nice to see something done. So far no one seems to have anything positive to say so something should probably change soon. It would suck to see such a new location become a well known dump. Sincerely, A pissed off and starving guest

I knew a drive thur panda was a bad idea. At peak dinner they’re out of Kung pao chicken, chow mien, Beijing beef, chicken fried rice, steamed veggies, honey walnut shrimp, and oh look they just put potstickers back and most of them look burnt. Perhaps because the young lady who continues to ask the cook how long, he keeps flirting and not looking at what he’s doing. God bless her smile as she relays his reply of «6 more minutes» oh wait now he’s staring at fog outside the window. SMH. I know panda is notorious for being out of things trying to mange the freshness– but really?! You’re going to have to do better between the walk-ins and those just driving by. UPDATE in line, me and the guy next in line, jut had 5 boxes presented to us and none are ours– or anyone’s for that matter. But we think two MIGHT be his, but it has extras or substitutes. He just said close enough. Because the girls bewildered look from his comment, I suggested give him that and charge him according to what he ordered. And as fresh stuff is being made they’re going to boxes for drive-thur before us. You know how when you’re watching the game and two players are screwing up, and you wish the coach would just pull them from the lineup. And you keep screaming at the TV that the coach’s an idiot for leaving them in, that’s kind of what this feels like. Okay well everyone just come back in 6 months and let others be the practices dummies.
