Fast food is fast food. However, I have to complain about the service. Why would a business that primarily sells chicken wait until my order was paid for to cook the chicken. I had to wait 10minutes between ordering and paying to have to wait again in front of the store while they cooked it. I will not be returning. At least KFC understands the«fast» in fast food.

Slow, rude & unclean, though the chicken is okay. That about sums it up.

They couldn’t be more UNPROFESSIONAL at this place if they tried, talking mess to each other behind the counter, getting orders wrong because they aren’t paying attention, interrupting each other as they are taking orders, and the manager was right in the middle of it all(telling employees don’t tell me what to do because I’m grown). Only plus– the employees that were in the dining area on break were polite and looked embarrassed by the other employees behavior. Don’t think we will be coming back here anytime soon.

Why can I even give them one stars??? I was gunna get little Caesars but instead I Wanted to try this location cuz I just moved here & wtf it took 35 minutes for a 8 piece meal and one side. As we waited in the parking lot 5 other people came out with food before us. Lmao yeah suppose to be «fast food». There was only two girls there & then a car pulled up with 2 other girls. They had left to get them all Jamba Juice? After 35 minutes my boyfriend went inside and it was sitting in the counter. He was pissed. What a bunch of classless, very uneducated, rude, trashy hoes. I will never ever come here again. Please get some real workers & not just some hookers that were pulled off the corner to make a dollar. cuz it really shows.

I went to get my nails filled at Forever nails, I wanted to drive thru Popeye’s chicken to get something to drink. The drive-thru was the most disgusting grimy drive thru I have ever seen. Trash piled so high and spilling out to the ground. The girls inside ignored me so I assumed that they were not open yet. I drove around and parked to wait a few min for opening. I then drove thru the drive-thu for my drink and my customer service was horrible. They were so rude and slammed the window. I realized they forgot to hand me my straw. I tried to get the girls attention but she ignored me so I pulled around and went up to the door. It was still locked and when I knocked a young girl went and got someone to open it. I waited about 5 min and by this time I was late and upset and wanted to speak to their manager about my horrible service and their filthy establishment. A heavyset African American woman came to the door looking like she just rolled out of bed… She was wearing an old t shirt and sweatpants and house shoes. I told her I needed my straw and that I wanted to make a complaint. I started speaking of my experience and said I would never come back if they didn’t change the customer service and I thought that all of the garbage from the drive thru was an eyesore. She screamed at me that she is the manager and she knows how to run her store. She then said If I don’t like it I can go somewhere else or get out of the car and clean it up myself and she slammed the door in my face!!! UM at this point I will never ever ever go to any of the Popeye’s again. I figure if that is how they choose to run their businesses and they feel the need to hire trash as management then I can spend my money somewhere else… I will admit that I may have been a little bitter about my waste of time and their rudeness… BUT I figure the customer is always right. I started in fast food as well and was a shift manager at 18 so I know that no matter what the situation is they have no right to speak to a customer like that. I normally would never complain about a business but I felt this manager spoke to me in a combative violent manor that was unnecessary.

First time eating here. I had a Chicken Breast with regular fries and I was very pleasantly surprised. The chicken breast was very fresh, moist and tasty with a light and crunchy coating. I especially like the fresh and crunchy coleslaw that is optional. Also I try to stay away from eating too much bread, but the biscuits are so good that I usually break that rule!

Don’t order biscuits only because they will make you wait until they serve everyone else plus a few people. They need to not make a person who only wants biscuits wait 15 min just to get them. They had 2 full pans no reason for that.

I went to Popeyes chicken yesterday it was the worst experience. My chicken was so hard I could barely bite into it I had a wing and a leg, both were well over cooked, they both were actually rock hard i’ve eaten at Popeyes chicken before this was my first time at the Antioch location. I will never eat there again. I gave them one star but they didn’t deserve that. My question is what happened, It was like they refried old chicken.

The WORST! Everytime I come here I either have to pull around from the drive thru and wait 10 minutes plus for someone to bring my food out to me. They never throw any sauces in the bag for you or they don’t have any of various items on the menu. Mostly never have shrimp.

When the shift yells at her employees in front of customer because she can’t multitask that’s a huge red flag. But when an employees child storms in the employee only door looking like a hot mess that’s even worse. Smh! Customer experience is extremely poor. #superratchet

This place really sucks. Every time I have come here I have to pull around front and wait for my food, and it takes forever! What is the point of a drive thru if have to pull around and wait for your food?!! This time, I should have checked the bag but unfortunately, I didn’t. I get home with my two year old and find they didn’t put his chicken nuggets in his bag! WTF?!? it’s not that easy to just load him back up and drive back down there. I will never go back here. Tired of the incompetence. Don’t waste your time or your money! As a side note, the food I did get wasn’t even hot.

My 3yr old son loves coming here. All the staff, especially owner and her daughter have been so nice and welcoming. They have gained regular customers with my son and I. Can’t thank the owner enough for always going beyond to satisfy us in especially my son(known as the«Mac and cheese boy») Food is delicious! Staff is great!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

This location is the worst. The only reason I come here is because I live so close, but I may start going to kfc instead. Every time I come here it is the longest wait! They are always out of chicken… Come on guys!!! That’s your only item! You should never be out of chicken!

The manager was so rude to the customer in front of me that he left. Then while I was trying to look at the menu she just stared at me. Luckily a different employee took our order and she was not rude at all. Not the best service but the food was decent.

Every time I come here I order in the drive-thru and then wait in my car in the front parking lot. Please, someone buy this guy out and put a manager in there that knows how to run a FASTFOOD joint.

I prefer Popeyes Chicken over KFC. Popeye’s chicken is more crispy and juicer but their chicken also are smaller. I also like the wide variety of other foods they have there. Their jambalaya are good for a quick fix, their cajun rice is tasty. I would stay away from their corn. The shrimp is something I would skip, and their cajun catfish portion are pretty small; you get three strips size for $ 6.00

Fried chicken is a gift from the universe to Planet Earth! Ok maybe not to the chickens — but most definitely to the grateful carnivores with a love for food with that Southern flair. In terms of fast food, Popeyes has totally cornered the fried chicken market — my apologies to that Colonel from Kentucky. At least until Gus Fring opens up the first Los Pollos Hermanos. Legend tells that the Popeyes founder, a gent from Louisiana whose gravesite I was lucky enough to visit on a trip to New Orleans to pay some mad respect, named his restaurant not after that spinach-munching sailor, but after Popeye Doyle from The French Connection. If you didn’t already know this chicken was badass, you most certainly do now. This is my closest location until the Clayton Road spot opens for business, and they are well worth the drive. If you hit the drive-thru, it is frequent custom that after you place your order, you park near their entrance and your food will be brought to your car once prepared. There are some occasions where slow fast food is a welcome treat — fried chicken given the benefit of a proper cooking time most definitely qualifies. And on my most recent visit, we dined inside their brightly lit and very tidy establishment. I placed my standard order of their two piece combo, white meat, spicy, with cajun fries. Shortly after we were seated I was approached by a worker who said they were out of wings and asked what piece I would like instead, and requested a leg. When my food came shortly after, as you can see from my pic, I got TWO legs. Meant for walking — straight to my belly! The world’s most delicious apology! The eats at this location are always on point, and the workers are professional and friendly no matter what the circumstance. I would be very proud to call this my neighborhood fried chicken joint!
