Tanners Paradise

To all my girls doing figure shows DO NOT come here for your spray tans!!! The first one I got it didn’t release color and the girl at the Brentwood location was new so she didn’t know what to do. The following day I went in and after telling me the day AFTER I bought the package that it will get me pretty dark I got sprayed again in their darkest spray… that was a joke! So than the girl advised me to get sprayed twice while I was in there, smh it splotched so bad and looked horrible!!! And to top it off the manager or owner will not call me back, or email!!! They just keep with drawing money from my account each month.

Love this place. The girls at the front desk each time i come in are very sweet & helpful. They have great package deals. i deff recommend if you’re trying to get your tan on for great price! :)

I was hesitant to cancel my membership because I moved to Pittsburg and couldn’t find a great tanning place like tanners paradise. They are the most enthusiastic group of employees and the beds are just so upgraded and relaxing. I recommend ANYONE looking for a great tanning place come here!

I used to go in to the San Ramon location all the time but since I recently moved I thought i would try the Antioch location. I needed to get tan for an event so I bought their spray package 3 for $ 49 and 2 walk ins. The girl who sold me the package was very nice and I did my uv bed then after my spray tan. (I do that all the time to get results faster) everything was fine no streaking. I went again for my last session I came in at 8:30pm told the girl that was working I was doing the bed and spray (she wasn’t the one who sold me the package.)
I did my bed for 15 minutes then walked to the front to let her know I was ready for my spray tan she said «are you sure you wanna do the spray tan after a bed? Your not supposed to do that» I said well I did it yesterday and the girl didn’t say anything like that. And she looks surprised and said «oh she didn’t! She should’ve told you that. I don’t want you to get a bad result» I told her «well I did it yesterday and nothing happened so i would like a level 3 please» she’s a liar and just wanted to leave early! I will be taking my money somewhere else. Really disappointed in that employee, if you want to tan here go early so the employees won’t lie to you or be irritated for staying a few minutes after.

Extremely unhappy! My sister, who I don’t particularly get along with, went into the salon to tan today and HOPE gave out my personal information to her, even had her call me on the phone! I cant believe that it is their policy to give out personal account information without consent from me! I will NEVER tan here again. At least Planet Tan keeps my information private!

Tanners paradise is the best deal in town. Multiple different packages that work with what you need whether you want short term or long term.
You can go to any of the locations the beds are nice and always clean.
I have been coming here for years and they are all very friendly and CLEAR!
Hope sold me a paradise club membership and let me tell you, she knows what she is talking about! She explained things so well. Very organized.

This location has the best Magic Tan machine, since it has many more nozzles and gets your tan waaayyy more even. My complaints are that this location closes earlier than the other Antioch location and doesn’t have a leg tanner.

at least a couple times a month i go there to find a sign in the door saying they are closed for lunch. this is very inconvenient since i’m usually stopping on my way to work. also, they close at 6pm on sat & sun which is way too early in my opinion. i won’t be renewing my membership when it expires next month.

I love tanners Paradise. I have been going there since they originally opend years ago. They are clean, friendly, helpful and always remember my name. I credit my great tan to them keeping their bulbs working and keeping their beds clean and safe. Thanks Tanners Paradise!

I love Tanners Paradise! The salon is clean and the girls are very helpful and friendly and know what they are talking about! The sales girl helped me figure out which plan would be the best for my situation, then helped me pick a lotion. I love the atmosphere and the staff and they always make sure I’m happy :)

This Tanners Paradise is wonderful! They have the friendliest staff (who actually remember your name!), the cleanest beds, the NEWEST beds, and the greatest location out of any tanning salon I’ve been around that area.
I love the stand up! I’ve seen a bulb out once, and it was fixed in a day. They have the disposable protective Winkies in each room, free to use (along with a little piece of candy!), which comes in very handy if you forget your own eye protection.
The prices for the packages aren’t great (I didn’t know any better until I signed up at Hollywood Tans in LA for $ 19.99/month — unlimited), but compared to other salons in the area, it’s decent.
They offer either a monthly plan (with an elevated price the first month, plus a contract of around three or four months) or «stars». The girls at the counter explain each option to customers and help pick out which will be right for how much you want to tan.
