Great chicken sandwich! We only get delivery and every time it’s been great! One day we will go in and have dinner and I’ll update my review but for now I’ll stick with 5 stars!

They have the coldest beer I’ve ever had! The food is average. Wings are not good enough to be in the name.

We had Wings Etc. Boneless wings for appetizers at our wedding. I didn’t even get any because they disappeared so fast! We always love coming here for a great meal. Our favorite is the pulled pork nachos. Their burgers are pretty awesome too. I love that they have Angry Orchard on tap and my husband always finds a new favorite beer.

The wings are great, especially since they let you mix them up in a single order. We ordered our drinks and for some reason the waitress expected us to know what we wanted to order before we even looked at the menu. We asked for some time and she got kinda huffy. The place was not busy. When we got our food it was a bit hard to pin her down for another drink. I think they need better training for their staff.

If you want wings this is the place to be. The restaurant is clean, clean, clean! Service is great, wings are big and filling and delicious and wonderful. Great bar, TVs everywhere… Great hands on owners. The Antioch WINGS ETC is the best!

This place is always packed. It’s the perfect place to go grab some wings and watch a game. Plenty of huge big screen TV’s and there isn’t a bad seat in the house! Nice big long bar in addition to a dining area filled with nice long booths that seat 6 – 8.
The wings are very good, as a matter of fact I prefer them over BW’s. Service can be a little slow during peak times on Friday and Saturday. Great neighborhood spot to watch a game.

Service is really good. Food is below average. Good place to stop in, sit at the bar, & have a beer. Grab food elsewhere.

Ok so I like this place and the wings are decent, a little pricey for what you get. i appreciate all the efforts made by the owners in resolving a issue of great importance to me and I’m glad to say that I feel that I once again can take my family in to enjoy the food and environment once again!

This was our first time at Wings Etc (girlfriend and family) Upon entering Wings etc. There was not a hostess present so naturally we assumed we should seat ourselves. After sitting we were immediately greeted by our waitress Shannon. Shannon made sure we got out appetizers, drinks and food on time. She continued checking our table to see if anything else was needed at various times. Good start I like it already!
For starters we went on monday for their 0.50 cent wings. We placed an order of half Parmesian Garlic and half hot wings. Both were some of the best wings hands down. Within the first bite you had a slight crunch on the skin and the sauces were perfectly glazed over every wing. These wings tasted fresh!
The enviorment is fun and is split down the middle with one side the bar and the other side family seating. The food and experience was good. Will be looking forward to coming back on a Monday for those .50 cent traditional wings next time we are in Antioch!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the food always comes out perfectly. Very tasty boneless wings as well as rib tips. Excellent. Check it out.

Been 5 times over last year
Clean, local high school sports memorabilia. Service is not bad.
Glorified chain resturant focused on wings. My dream. Except the wings actually suck. It feels like twilight zone to be so focused on wings and be so bad at them.
I have had the burger and pork tenderloin both are alright. Nothing to write home about.
But those wings, ugggg. I have had better wings from the pizza hut and Domino’s near by. It blows mind. If u go for the wings keep looking, if go to have a beer and nosh a little it’s great.

Came out on a Saturday afternoon. The loaded cowboy burger was 1 of the best burgers I have eaten in a long time! The server was very friendly and took care of everything I needed. Even the veggie side was crisp and fresh. I would definitely come back again.

Been here a few times now and it’s is always a great atmosphere and AMAZING food. Service is quick and very friendly! I will definitely be back.

Server did not listen to special requests. It was my daughter’s birthday and the server said she would get ice cream it never came. When i tried to ask about it she walked away because she was in such a hurry to get away from us. Let’s just say that she walked one way and her tip walked the other. My daughter was looking forward to ice cream. Here’s a tip to servers everywhere– be extra attentive to the kids! You can screw up my order but if you spoil my kids I promise you will get a great tip.
Food is mediocre and way too expensive. Frozen fried food is what’s on the menu here. I get out of b dubs for a lot less. Probably won’t be back.

Not impressed at all!
Very poor service our waitress didn’t even listen to what we asked for. When confronted she gave us a lame excuse that she added extra cheese to everyone’s meal. Which we could clearly see was untrue. Prices seem a little steep for mediocre food and very poor service. I definitely will not be back.

We used to love this place as a great place to grab a beer and get some tasty bar food. However, really disappointed with some of the menu changes. In particular they no longer have the pretzel nuggets with beer cheese. Now they serve the pretzel nuggets with that cheap radioactive yellow cheese. Sounds like a minor complaint but that was our favorite menu item and it seems like they have made other similar cutting to save a few bucks at the expense of quality. Too bad because this place has so much potential!

Three times in a row this place could not get our to go order right and it was the simplest of orders this is not the place you want to order from if you do you will be disappointed.

Great Monday night football specials! 50 cent wings and their wings are mighty meaty. Beers selection is very good too. Service was pretty good and the wings were served in a timely manner. The wings were very crispy and I think cooked perfectly. Their sauce selection is good too. The flavor of the sauces I had was average. Nothing really popped though. All in all a very solid night out. Plenty of TV’s to watch football on. Comfortable seating and not overly loud. I will be back.

Went with the family on a Sun Night. Party of 5.
Seat yourself. Waitstaff nowhere to be found. She wandered over to the table after 5 min or so, takes drink order, no menus! Wife has to get up and ask for them.
Gives us drinks but seems to be in a big hurry to take our order. No «would you like an appetizer»? Appetizer order taken and served with dinner.
Ordered chicken Caesar salad, no chicken!
Waitress spent the next 15 – 20 min with her back to us while standing at another table conversing, taking pics. laughing, etc. she wanders past our table twice, never made eye contact.
Finally my wife got up and walked in the kitchen to ask somebody for help. Another waitress (or kitchen staff not sure) refills our drinks etc.
Waitress is still at the other table! I notice the other waitress taps her in the shoulder and nods her head as if to say «I need to talk to you». Nothing. Still standing there. All this time another 5 people walk in, sit down, and split after nobody ever acknowledges there presence.
Finally she walks back to our table not knowing that another waitress has refilled our drinks etc. and asks if we need anything. Totally oblivious.
Back she goes to the other table for another 6 min. She makes another pass no eye contact this time she walks all the way back to the kitchen. When she gets there someone obviously has informed her we are less than satisfied. She come back to the table, no apology, no nothing! So it’s back to the other table for a visit.
Other waitress come back to the table and says she won’t charge us for the chicken on the Cesar salad. Wow. Thanks.
I have never left a $ 0.00 tip until tonight.
Not going back.

I am a huge fan of wings and a small fan of writing one star reviews. But, this is perhaps the most disgusting dining experience I had ever seen in my entire life.
Dining in at Wings Etc. for the first time, I had high hopes that perhaps this place would be better than J’s Sports Bar (Fox Lake, IL) and/​or Buffalo Wild Wings — Nope; not even close.
When we sat down, we were immediately sat at a dirty booth. After telling our server, she apologized and went to get a wash cloth. She wiped down the table but with what? With a dirty dish rag that looked like it was used to clean the dishes before us. Ignoring what happened and not wanting to complain again, we went on with our dinner.
We then ordered and was surprised at the cost of the wings. They were as expensive as Buffalo Wild Wings but J’s Sports Bar $ 0.50 boneless wings are unbeatable. Waited 10 – 15 minutes for our food and no kidding, almost threw up when we got our food. Once we got our food, we noticed the wings were sitting and drowned in grease and liquid ‘crud’ (A PICTURE WILL BE UPLOADED OF THIS DISGUSTING GREASE THE WINGS HAVE BEEN SITTING IN). We immediately took the wings out of the basket and threw them onto a plate. We ate the wings, they were alright, sauces weren’t good and they were tiny and dried up wings (so much for them being large/​giant as advertised). We informed our waiter about the grease and she told us it is normal and all of the sauces are 80% butter-​based. Whatever that means? She told us once they hit the plates, the sauces melt and make the grease — how much disgusting could you make this?
So, to sum it up, I will never go to Wings Etc. ever again. I eat out a lot and this was perhaps the worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. To put it in a nice way, Wings Etc. was as if I was dining in a dumpster. I could go on and on about how disgusting it was but it isn’t even worth my time (or your’s). If you have read this entire review, you probably are interested in dining here… don’t. There are tons of other restaurants around that are 100 times better and I really mean that; no exaggeration. Stay away because for, 1) your stomach will thank you and 2) your wallet will thank you.
NEVER again, Wings Etc. Never again.
