Xtreme Tumbling and Cheer Gym

First off «Audra B» is one of the cheer coaches so it looks like someone’s tooting her own horn a little TO much… Seeing that my kids never learned ONE improving skill from HER.
Second off, if you like to get your money STOLEN from you half way into the cheerleading season, defiantly go here. Bitter student? I dont understand how you can call my family or my kids never the less BITTER. Especially after you have the balls to say that you are all about coaching your kids. hmm I wonder who else’s kids you refer to as «bitter». I strongly advise ANYONE to go to Legends cheer gym even tho they’re not the best, they have way better & dedicated coaches,
or even California allstars. Money is not the only issue here, My kid didn’t place once competing against others and, the routines were choreographed badly & by OTHER cheergyms around the bay area. Kelly, the owner is not to great at handing when people fall or get hurt. My families overall experience here was beyond horrorable. Kelly seems to «pick &choose» on the girls she wants to train with even after tryouts and when it comes down to it she seems more like a teenager handling a business instead of a woman. This is not a «negative» Post, its simply me telling everyone else how MY EXPERIENCE went at your gym & if you cant handle the heat, get out of the game.

Kelly is the best! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained everything so well to her. I can’t believe how far she’s come in such a short time. I’m not sure what went wrong for the other guy with missing classes, but when my daughter missed a couple of classes Kelly got her right back in there to make them up. (She even reminded me about them without me even asking) I highly recommend Xtreme Tumbling. Thank you, Kelly!

We were not impressed. My daughter says she didn’t feel safe; She got hurt in class twice and she did not like the teaching style. I see the motto is «ice and motrin» and I have to wonder…
Most of all I felt like Kelly was a bit unorganized. We paid for classes in advance, but our schedule changed with practices once school started so we needed to switch to a different class. Kelly has a strict policy on no drop ins: ALL make up classes HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED. My daughter (who was paying for classes with her own money) called Kelly to schedule her make up classes. When she never returned any of my daughter’s calls, I then started trying to call her. About two or three months of this she never bothered to call us back. I guess she felt OK with ripping off my daughters money without rendering the services we paid for. I even let her know in more than one message that this was my daughter’s money, and she wants to do her make up classes. With Kelly’s policy, I would think she would try a bit harder to make it work. In the end I felt like it was not so much a policy for scheduling but rather was put in place just to make it easier to keep people’s money. It seems she never had any intention of letting us reschedule. In any case the location was not close, we were busy with family (health) issues so I couldn’t just drop by, and I got tired of getting no response. We signed our daughter up somewhere else, and we are now much happier.

Kelly is the BEST tumbling coach in the area! My daughter has cheered for 6 years so far– She has been to every tumbling coach in East County. We kept hearing that we should go to Kelly, we finally did and never left. She has a reputation for helping even the problem tumbler get over their issues and move forward. Her Competition cheer teams are super fun. Not to mention they have the cutest uniforms anywhere!
