came here for hamburger sandwich it is very good and would like to have more but is full up already

If you are in a rush and want fast food, avoid the drive thru. Expect a delay while ordering. Sat in line for 15 mins with only 2 vehicles in front. The chicken sandwich was really soggy and seemed like it had been sitting out for quite a while.

THE WORST!!! The slowest drive thru ever, anywhere! It’s called FAST food. Drove thru just to get a coke. Literally took 10 minutes. Bill came to $ 1.09. Paid all in change. While handing my money over I accidentally dropped a quarter. The girl just looked at me like «you’re a quarter short». So I just gave her another quarter. She hands me my drink, there was coke running down the sides and the lid was half off. I balanced the drink in my open car window to secure the lid and said «wow!» The girl said «what?» And I said «what’s the least you can do?». She just shut the window. Thank god I had napkins in my car. They should address you in the drive thru with «Welcome to Carl’s Jr. What the least I can do to serve you?» Someone needs to contact corporate.

This location is very inconsistent depending on who is managing and working at the time. Also, we’ve been saving up points with the carls jr superstar reward app but this location now will not redeem the points for the app anymore .they say the codes won’t work in their system anymore?

Ordered a large onion ring. Was given a medium. Told her I ordered a large, she says we don’t have a large just medium. Got home and saw why they only had medium, they were old and had been sitting forever. Thanks for giving me your tail end garbage. FRY MORE NEXT TIME!!!

Slow as heck always it shouldn’t take 10 minutes for someone to ask me what I would like to order when they have no one in the store!

Coffee sucks! It’s just tan water. Brought it to their attention. They said it was all remeasured and there was nothing they could do. Don’t drink the coffee!

The drive thru always takes a long time. Doesn’t matter if there’s one car ahead or five, u’ll still be sitting there for atleast 15 min. Not only they ripped us off on the chicken tenders last time we went there, ordered the 10 piece and idk if they were low but the literally broke couple of them in half and counted it as whole. Now we tried those new bacon ranch fries which barely had any ranch and just some bacon. Nothing like what it’s supposed to look like according to the pic.

In a horrible twist of fate. my car died right in the middle of their drive thru in the dead of the night. David on their night crew, was AMAZING. He helped me push my car into a space, and even brought me his phone to use.
I never thought Id find myself with a dead car and a dead phone in the middle of the night, but I am so grateful this outstanding employee was there to help me out. You rarely see that level of service, and I’m not sure what I would’ve done without him. In going above and beyond, he completely saved my night.

Hate this place! On the window its advertised $ 5 for a 5 piece chicken tender combo and I wanted to substitute my fries for chili cheese fries and that is supposed to coat $ 1.39 extra. The guy charged us almost $ 4 for the chili cheese fries on top of the $ 5 we paid for the combo. We argued with him and he denied the picture was outside on the window. Service was slow, food was gross, and customer service sucked!!!

I was driving on US Route 60 east of Phoenix and needed a pit stop. I saw the sign for Carl’s and decided to stop for lunch. The service was quick and the food was standard Carl’s fare which I enjoy. My burger was moist and my onion rings were fried nicely. Very easy on-​off from US Route 60. Also — the Circle K gas station/​mini mart next door was convenient. I would recommend this Carl’s for anybody passing through AJ.

Horrible! My husband and I went through the drive thru, and after screaming out our order several times, she finally repeated it back to us correctly. After driving to the window, she handed us our drinks. 1 was the correct size, one wasn’t. We asked her to correct the situation and she actually rolled her eyes. We FINALLY get our food and instead of the onion rings that I ordered, I got french fries. I told her about that problem and that I would just keep the fries instead of waiting any longer and her response? «Oh». Yep, that was it. I tried to call the restaurant to complain after we left, but got no answer. We have been to this Carls Jr many times as it’s convenient, but we won’t be back.

Understaffed! There was nothing fast about my experience. I straight-​up got the wrong order. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, she had the correct food prepared. When I asked if I could keep the wrong order (to give to my dog), so it doesn’t go in the trash, she said NO… Apparently, the manager «keeps» the food to count it as waste. I hope they don’t try and reserve it to some unsuspecting soul… cos I had already taken a bite out of the burger! On a separate note, the quality of Carl’s Jr. food has gone way downhill in the last few years!!! See the picture of what was advertised to what I actually received in my order… it’s pretty sad!
