While I haven’t been here long, I love it here. Beautifully remodeled, incredible scenery, and the office staff is both friendly and responsive. I love being close to the lake, and I love the woods surrounding the complex. It’s also close to everything from Krogers, to fast food restaurants, to the library.
Events are held from time to time so you can get to know your neighbors. 2 pools and gyms round out the amenities. At this point in my life, this is exactly what I was looking for.

I’m pretty disappointed with my Camden experience. The staff is friendly, the pools are nice (when they are open!), and the kitchen upgrades are good, BUT there are some things that really don’t live up to their «Living Excellence» claims. Apparently they will no longer be accepting packages at the front desk! I have lived at less-​nice apartment compexes, and each have accepted packages. For what I pay in rent at Camden, they really need to include this service! To be honest, I feel gypped, and other coworkers of mine who live in other Camden communities feel the same way. (This has been a hot-​topic at work… so I imagine others I don’t even know feel the same way!) It also took over a month to get someone to make repairs to my apartment due to internal communication breakdowns. The paint job throughout my apartment was very sloppy, among other things. Just not a happy camper.
