The food is prepared according to the menu. All staff were friendly. The sandwiches were assembled with care and attention to detail. This site is a credit to the franchise. …and the food was delicious.

These subs remind me of New Jersey with the shore pictures and fresh deli meats and breads. You actually get fresh, sliced lunch meat on your sub made right in front of you. My friend got the bacon club and I got the Philly Cheese Steak. The entire service team was really friendly and they take care of you as they hand your sub off to the next in line and finally to the register. We ended up using our Citypass coupon and got 2 giant subs and two fountain drinks for $ 20 total. Not bad at all and we had subs for about 2 meals. The line was long but they took great care of us and I will come back here again for lunch.

Just moved to the area and saw this place when passing by. Bread tastes fresh and like the fact that they slice the meat when you order. I’m only giving it 4 stars because their soda fountain machine had too much carbonated water and my soda tasted bitter.

Warning to all people who want to get catering from this location: Make sure you double or triple verify the price. The person on the phone quoted a price that was half of what the actual price was when we went to pick it up. We called the catering manager and she was extremely defensive and no help. Don’t be fooled by their shady business practices. .

Jersey Mike’s is my go-to sub shop; better than the alternatives. I enjoy the Jersey Classic, the Roast Beef & Provolone, and the Turkey(as long as it is doped up with the red relish). If you’ve not been to a JM’s before, just get the #3 Mike’s Way(w/oil, red wine vinegar, onions, lettuce, tomato, spices). Since the food is all due to the chain, let’s talk about the staff at this location. They are fast, they seem not to have ridiculous turnover(so they get the sandwiches right), and they are friendly. When I am in a hurry, they get it done. Hot tip: this location is across the street from Apex High. Get there before 12:10 to beat the underage lunch rush!

Highest quality subs in the area. Beats Firehouse and Subway anyday. You’ll pay extra for it though.

Being from Jersey, I tend to stay away from places that promote«Jersey» or «New York» in their name… usually it’s not very good and doesn’t compare to up north. I have been to this chain up north not by choice but by desperation. I figure I would give it a shot since my experience wasn’t terrible. The place was busy during lunch and the line moved kind of slow. They had a chain of 3 people assisting with the making. One order/meat slicer, one toppings and one for the cashier. Looking over the menu they do charge Jersey prices. Toppings looked fresh and similar to Subway. I had the tuna sub(probably the worst thing to try when experimenting with a new sub shop). With chips and a drink it was nearly $ 10. The sandwich was ok. Tuna was a little watery, the bread was good and kept everything intact. No real complaints and it hit the spot. Beats some of the other places *cough cough Schlotzsky’s deli*…
