This is a decent restaurant but their customer service and attention to detail is horrible. If you can get the staff to focus and get off their smart phones they might get your order right. In five trips, they only got the order right twice and these were simple orders.

Don’t know why I thought it would be a good idea to eat dinner at Taco Bell. But I did and regret it. The food was nasty, so much sour cream that I couldn’t taste anything else. The cilantro was rotten. And the place is filthy. Employees just stand around as they obviously aren’t busy. Stay far away from this place!

So impressed with Sharonda, she came hy our table to check on us when she saw my perplexed face. I hadn’t realized thr mexican pizza’s were made with crispy flour tortillas and I’m newly diagnosed with gluten allergies. She quickly made up 2 regular tacos, corn shells, for me and brought them to our table! What a great asset to this Taco Bell! Thank You Sharonda for looking out for me and making

Standing here with 6 other people waiting for our orders to be fulfilled. Pathetically slow… one guy just got his order — 2 items that took 20 minutes to get. This is ridiculous!

Never get my order right. Seriously. I am not kidding, they get it wrong almost every single time I went here. I called and complained after it happened so many times, and a manager insisted it was my responsibility to park and check each item in my bag to see if it was right, and said it was probably my fault for not ordering right. Seriously? No, it’s your responsibility to make sure your employees aren’t too lazy to care which burrito the customer ordered or what soda they bought.

Tried the new XXL Nachos and was a total waste. Nothing about it says XXL, except maybe the bowl that it came in. It even looked like the salsa, guacamole and sour cream had been scooped up with a mello baller. They hardly had any in the plate at all, we need to go back up and buy more, just so it looked like we had it on our plate.
The only about it was the XXL Money they charged for it.

I frequent this Taco Bell because it is what every Taco Bell should be — cheap and convenient. It happens to be the cheapest lunch menu in proximity to my work and I take advantage of it frequently.
There is a high school very near this location and during the week, the kids can become a bit unruly. Not in a horrible way, but bad enough that the managers feel the need to pull all the sauce packets behind the counter so the kids don’t swipe them all and then make a mess with them.
All in all, it is a well run Taco Bell and I plan to continue my lunchtime visits.

Cheap mexican food, what else can I say… Not consistent with their food here either. Sometimes, they put like 2 strands on cheese on the taco and then you are lucky if it isnt broken… Fast food though, so dont expect much.
