Excellent Place to go there. He will come at 7 am morning for giving me truck even i did not tell him about early pick up. I just called him on sunday evening that i need at 7 am instead of 9 am. He opened the store for me and nicely served without feeling me guilty. He even helped me to load furniture pads, dolly in truck. Gave nice clean truck, way better than Cary and Holly spring. Organised and very informative about various deals about U haul.

I bought a trailer hitch from this store. I tried it on and did not work for my vehicle. I went back to return and manager told me he would not give me my money back. Very rude, he took back the product and never gave my money back. He is also way overpriced. The hitch he sold was $ 40. I went to Raleigh and it was selling at $ 28. The Raleigh U haul let me choose 3 hitches and try them before I settled one that fit my vehicle. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends. Worst customer experience in my life (Im 38 years old).
