I’ve been to this starbucks twice, and both times have been fabulous. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, and very informative. I didn’t know what i wanted, and they were asking questions on what i was looking for for the perfect drink. The coffee is a little pricy, but you pay for the great drinks, the great environment, and its worth it trust me!

I come to this location ALL THE TIME, and usually they are pretty decent. Today however, I ordered my typical double tall skinny vanilla latte, and when it was handed to me he said decaf. I said wait! No no double tall?! He looked at the label and said oh yeah, sorry, that’s what I made. Stupid me for not tasting it prior to leaving. NOT a double tall! The flavor is too sweet and does not have that awesome double shot flavor. He lied. I would have been more than happy to wait for the correct order with no complaint, but he lied. That is unacceptable. Especially since you pay extra for that extra shot! I will go out of my way to a different Starbucks from now on.

I love this Starbucks! The drive thru is very convenient. I just went today and had the nicest barista. His name was Kelso. He was very caring and made sure the drink was perfect. He had a great attitude and is definitely one of the best employees I’ve met there. I’ll be coming back.

This is my go to Starbucks! Love that they have a drive thru & even when the line is around the building it goes incredibly fast. The guys that work the drive thru in the morning always make my day with their courteousness and cheery personality! Let’s face it… isn’t that one (of the many) reasons why we pay the higher price to go to our neighborhood Starbucks is because of the great personal attention we get?! I always leave here with a smile! :)

They make coffee and decent pastries.
They don’t have changing tables in the bathroom.

This Starbucks is a very pleasant place to go. The employees are friendly, the store is always clean. They have a variety of seating, including comfy chairs to sit in (rather that just wooden chairs and tables). Additionally they have an abundance of outlets (a must, in my opinion, for a coffee shop) and a drive-​thru (although I have never tried the drive-​thru). The only thing that causes me to take away a star (and I feel a tad bit bad about this) is that the parking lot is very narrow and parking is limited.

It’s Starbucks. I like the fact that it has a drive-​thru, but it’s definitely tucked back behind the rest of the shops so it’s hard to see from the road. I was disappointed by the fact that I stood in line being entirely ignored for more than a minute while the only 2 employees behind the counter were working on drive-​thru orders. Meh.

I cant believe that Starbucks in Apopka has no reviews. This is one of my favorite Starbucks in Orlando because they have the nicest and sweetest crews. Everyone is always in a good mood, and super friendly. Want to sample something will set that up for you. As for the menu, Starbucks is Starbucks and they pay good money to keep all their stores consistent. That is why I can only give a 4 star rating… but the staff here is definitely a 10 star crew!
