Went to pick up my pizza waited ten minutes before they would get off their cell phone to help me. Then watched the pizza maker take something out of the trash to use to put the pizza sheet on, put his finger on the pizza sauce which was on someone’s pizza they were making and then placed his finger in the pan where the sauce goes. Told the guy who took my money and he said it’s not a garbage it’s our sanitary holder for things! Haha. Whatever… Don’t have it look like a garbage can then! He didn’t care that it was disgusting!

Ordered a pizza at 10:59, with an ETA of 11:52.understandable for a Friday night. called at 12:15 wondering where my pizza was, this location transferred me to a call center where I sat on hold for 10 minutes just for them to tell me someone would be in contact with me in the next 10 – 15 minutes from that location. That’s why I called the apple valley Pizza Hut in the first place. Here it is 12:45 and no one has contacted me yet. The $ 10 bill credit doesn’t even seem worth it. 2 hours and a run around to wait for a pizza is ridiculous! Now I’m having trouble getting ahold of someone and they close at 1. I guess Papa Johns will be taking my business from now on!
