I understand if I’m hold for the DMV for almost 25 minutes, but this can’t be real to be on the phone this long just to speak to a pharmacist. Then I’m hung up on? Super professional.

Awful customer service, poorly staffed pharmacy. They are rude, they have no sense of getting orders done on time. Was told it would be ready last night at 623 pm. Now here it is 851 am the next day still not ready. BEYOND mad. This is for a sick child and this is NOT ok. And they act like it doesn’t matter. I will be switching pharmacies the next prescription we need.
The rest of the store is on top of it, what’s wrong with their pharmacy!?

The pharmacy here is horrible. I work at a doctors office that has to deal with this pharmacy and I used to go here because it was close to home. But it is horrible, when I try to call in medication for patients it takes hours to get through and when I finally do, they hang up on me. It happens all the time. Then one time my 2 year old was extremely sick so urgent care sent the medication to this pharmacy and I got there a minute late so the pharmacist said I had to go to another walgreens and she would fax the rx over. She never did. My sons ear infection got so bad that night. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here and either they need new management or they need to hire more/​better people

I love going to Walgreens because I always find something random to buy that I completely didn’t need. They always have all the as seen on tv crap that I want, but won’t buy over the phone. I am now the owner of the stupid hose that shrinks up. Did I need this? No, but Walgreens had it for $ 10 and I figured why not lol.
They also have all the seasonal stuff you need but forgot about until the last minute. I am always here finding stuff for my kids class parties because target is sold out and I need stuff now lol.
Makeup and bath stuff is always on sale here so you will find a bargain. They have a saver card but I’ve never been able to understand the concept of it. Why not just lower the stupid price so I don’t have to type in my phone number or search for a card.

This review is of the pharmacy only. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They didn’t used to be horrible but now that they hired new staff they just can’t seem to get a grip. They take forever, they are rude and don’t even look at you when you are talking to them. They have no clue what they are doing. The wait for any prescription seems to always be 25 minutes (Even though they can never give you a real time). Isabel is the only name I remember, and I remember her because of how rude and dishonest she was, I have dealt with them for the last day now and I just barely picked up my prescription that I should have had yesterday!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

Bad Customer Service Experience with a female manager on duty with blond hair.
Store manager on duty didn’t accept a return of a in stock item in original packaging because i didn’t have the receipt. Item was a gift! She going against company return policy reflected on the back of each Walgreen receipt
I HAVE WROTE A COMPLAINT ON CORPORATE WEBSITE TWICE ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

Bad experience, when I showed up at the time they told me to pickup my daughters medication they told me our Dr forgot to sign the prescription. Ok fine, but they couldn’t give me an exact time just to come back later… when I told them a simple phone call would have gone a long way and my daughter just had surgery and is in pain, they young lady tells me «I just help back here» nice job

dude was actually super polite. clean. bright. they got their shit together. 9000 fricking handicapped spots, but it is in the Jess Ranch hood.

The only reason I go to Walgreens is to pick up pictures since they have the best prices when you combine them with online coupon codes.
I hadn’t been to this location before even though it’s right at Jess Ranch where I find myself at least once a week.
The staff is nice, its a pretty big, well kept store with plenty of parking.
Always look out for the orange clearance tags, it saves you a ton of money!
