My wife & I stop at the Dunkin’ off Calumet nearly 5 times a week for their blueberry iced coffee — it’s the best & worst though depending on who’s working. Consistency is not their specialty at all. I’ve suggested doing some training so it’s always the same. Sometimes it’s the best though & is why we keep going, but the off times are starting to weigh in more than the spot on times lately. Time to start training Dunkin’ Pic is of an iced coffee — where’s the ice all gone!!!

Donuts were fresh and delicious but the staff was completely confused and making mistakes on orders. It was a Saturday morning, well staffed, but not busy. Just a steady person or two coming in. Our order had no hash browns with a combo. Very disappointed overall.

The coffee is amazing, but this location is short staffed. This makes for a longer wait than a typical DnD. The staff is always friendly and nice, but they could do so much better with a full shift.

Used the drive thru at around 10am on Saturday. Being later I thought it would be a little less busy. Whoa was I wrong. It was close to a 10 minute wait. Sadly by the time I got there most of the Munchkins were gone only leaving a few flavors. By the time I did reach the window, I was handed a bag for someone elses order. The cashier looked confused, took my card, the bag and closed the window. After figuring it out I got my card and receipt, followed by my correct order. Will have to try to get there earlier next time :)

Coming from the east coast I speak for everyone that we love our DnD and the donuts you make. But this DnD does not live to its nature. They cycle almost every two weeks with new people and none of them know how to put a donut in a bag… My boston cream chocolate top came off in the bag cause the new manager put my DONUTUPSIDEDOWN!!! A MANAGER!!! This is the only thing that reminds me of home!!! Still the coffee is good… I guess…

I was excited to see Dunkin’ Donuts make a comeback since it has not been around for awhile. This location is not very convenient for us so rare is the occasion that we come here. It will do in a pinch but there are much better local bakeries that you can get doughnuts from around here. The service is good, often there is a line, but the doughnuts are just okay. Ah well.

Stopped in to Dunkn’ Donuts today for the first time and it was a big disappointment. To start with the cashier seemed really out of it and unfocused, giving my order was awkward to say the least. Also, at the risk of being rude, the cashier and the food prep guy’s clothes were extremely wrinkled and soiled and this was only 9am. They were simply put, unkempt. My order was to go and after being given my «hot and fresh» breakfast sandwiches(more on that in a bit) I waited a full 10minutes for my coffee drink, which was forgotten as they made the drinks of those that ordered after me. Anyway, I got home and unpackaged the sandwiches, which were poorly wrapped and appeared to have been Slam-Dunked into the bag. We got the«Big N’ Toasted» to find they were Big N’ Un-toasted. They were were so undercooked that it looked like they forgot to even toast them, it was just wet greasy bread. I actually had to throw them in a frying pan and brown them myself to make them edible. In summary: The donuts were gas station quality, the food was poorly prepared and lazily packaged and once I finally received the coffee it was just«ok». I’m just glad that it was purchased with a gift card I won and not my hard earned cash.

Donuts are tasting much better and fresher. Staff continues to rock too. I wish they would make the fancy coffees like in the pictures though. I’ve had to ask every time to make it with the whip cream and drizzle, otherwise they skip it. I don’t understand the stinginess? If a manager/owner reads this, please tell your staff to make the drinks like what is advertised. It’s a better gesture to make as it is and let those who don’t want it tell you rather than assume everyone doesn’t want the toppings and come off as cheap or lazy. Just a suggestion? I’d easily give 5 stars if this was fixed :)

Would you drive 4 hours to get coffee? I did. Why? Because Dunks has cheap prices, flavorful coffee, and fast service(oh and I suppose I was in the area… anyhow…) I don’t go here expecting the obnoxiously slap happy yuppie crowd at Starbucks with the equally slap happy yuppie staff. I go here expecting to get in and out and simultaneously spending 5 bucks or less. Some tips for new dunkins addicts: don’t get lattes. They pale in comparison to Starbucks in this category. Don’t expect it to be amazing. But their coffee, oh Lordy. It makes me so happy to be alive! The flavored coffees are delish – try butter pecan – ahhhmazing. Food is great too. Love the French Toast bagel with Cinnamon cream cheese(be honest, your mouth is watering…) and the chicken salad on croissant is fantastic for lunch. Anyway you naysayers suck it up and see dunks for what it is. Amazing. Cheap. Fast. The east coast knows what’s up us Midwesterners need to embrace it!

I can get a black coffee at any number of establishments and they all do the trick. The reason that I come to this place every time I am in the area is that the staff is spot on to what I like about coffee shops. Freindly, locally concerned, and informative are must haves to any place that I plan on spending some much needed screen time in from of my laptop while on the road. Plus the older gentlemen, who I think is the manager, makes you feel like he knows and recognizes you every time you come in. Great Dunkin Donuts location.

Glad to see this new addition to the Appleton area! Coffee is far better than Starbucks(and less pricey too!). I love their doughnuts especially the red velvet and chocolate cream. They also have great breakfast sandwiches here too, service is quite friendly and quick!

A friend and I tried out this Dunkin’ Donuts on the morning that they opened their doors. She has been to Dunkin’ Donuts many times before, but it was my first visit. I’ve heard great things about the coffee and I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time. Before this location opened, the nearest DD store was over 70 miles away. I had a regular coffee with an added free mocha flavoring. My friend had an Iced White Pumpkin Mocha(which I ended up drinking most of because she didn’t like it). I also tried a sample of a donut(I’m not a big donut person). The coffee: it was pretty good. My issue with the coffee is that it costs the same as coffee from a coffee house or Starbucks, but isn’t quite as good. I’d put it on-par with above-average gas station coffee, but it’s more expensive. Unfortunately, that means the coffee isn’t a great value. It might be worth it though if they offer free refills. I regularly will sit someplace and drink coffee and use wifi. However, on my trip to DD, they were very busy and the wifi didn’t appear to be working. I didn’t ask about refills or try to stay. The Iced White Pumpkin Mocha: no good. It was too bitter and not sweet enough for what it was. It was also not a very good value. Better drinks can be had for the same price at other coffee shops, including Starbucks or Caribou Coffee. The donut sample: To echo what I’ve said above, not bad, but not a great value. About as good as an above-average gas station donut, but more expensive. Overall I wasn’t super impressed, but I wasn’t exactly disappointed either since I had nothing to compare it to. Unfortunately, the only comparison I can make is to Starbucks since I drink coffee out of the house there more often then anywhere else, and in that contest, DD doesn’t offer a great value. I will give them a month or two to iron out the kinks and give them another shot however.
