I was here two days ago (august 12) and had the greatest experience that I had never had in a Starbucks before. The gal working, Shauna, helped us decide on a new drink based on something we liked there. It was fun to try something new with the help of someone who really knew her stuff! Loved it!

Came here during a very busy time. Long lines at both drivethru and in the store. The employees looked very efficient but no one took my order bc no one was at the registert. Very friendly service and plenty of sitting overall at this starbucks. It also has google Wi-Fi which is so much better than the starbucks with att wifi. Overall standard sbux.
Addendum this sbux has a bookshelf with children’s books and games. Which makes it better than a standard sbux

This place is a joke. Always an unacceptable wait here. Today there are 7 people behind the counter standing around far from working hard. The 1 barista is chatting with the other workers and even running to the back for more milk, 1 worker is at the drive window, 1 is taking orders with an unenthusiastic attitude, and the rest are aimlessly there giggling and chatting with each other. There is 6 + cars in drive thru and 6 people standing at the counter surely there could be more effort.

The staff here are soo friendly. We waited awhile for coffee once, as usual with a popular drive through, and they just gave us our drinks for free to say sorry for the wait! How cool and nice is that? It’s that kind of customer service that will bring back customers :)

This Starbucks is great it was my every morning coffee stop, great people work here they remember who you are what you drink and whats going on in your life (if you share that stuff) once I was in line for 5 minutes and when I got to the window they told me the drink was on them and they gave me a coupon for a drink next time. I did not even have to ask !!! WoW for customer service :) Highly recommend check this location out in Appleton, WI
