Eyemart Express

I ordered a pair of non-​prescription sunglasses on a Tuesday and kinda figured it would take a couple hours at the most. Nope! Three days went by and I called them at 4:30 on Friday afternoon. I was told they were almost done and wouldn’t you know it, 15 minutes later I get the text that they’re done. Now I have to make a special trip back to Appleton on a Saturday, they’re busiest day, and sit and wait. My family and I have been coming here for years and it never fails that something is messed up whether it’s the wrong prescription in the frame (my wife’s glasses) or given the wrong contacts or not even having the right contacts in stock.
On another note, the staff is always friendly and helpful and have always righted the wrong and have a great selection of frames at reasonable prices. I guess that’s why I always come back but I wish there wasn’t always some kind of issue.

Melissa, Anna, and Amanda were sooooo helpful! My dog ate my glasses and needed a new pair fast!!! They found frames and we’re so very fun and nice!
