Dr. Laeyendecker is welcoming, she knows her business, and how to explain it to you. I am able to make informed decisions due to doctors full disclosure. The office is clean and comfortable.

I see Dr. Laeyendecker and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. All the staff makes you feel welcome and truly wants to help you get the most out of your visit. I ordered new glasses at my last appointment, and the person really helped me me to get the correct lenses so I can work on computers without getting headaches. Highly recommended! The only thing that I thought could be better is the selection of frames. They have a lot to choose from, but some of the other chain eye glass stores have a wider selection. I would rather have their expertise when it comes to my care though.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the care my family and I have received from Dr. Jorgensen. The staff is always courteous and friendly and the equipment is top notch. Dr. Jorgensen is very knowledgeable and is very good at putting things into laymen’s terms and making his patients feel at ease. That’s why we’ve trusted him with our family’s vision needs for almost a decade now!

Customer care was second to none. I felt they were interested in my needs instead of rushing to go home or get to the next person. I would have given 5 stars but the facilities were dated. You could see they invested in the latest technology though. I would Highly recommend!
