Will never go to a LensCrafters again. Was not happy with my prescription as it was not working. Went back and got my eyes «rechecked» for all of 5 seconds. They suggested bifocals. I even brought in my old prescription which was working great I just wanted new frames. Was not helped at all. So now I’m stuck with $ 100+ glasses that I can’t even use. I will not be going to a LensCrafters in the future.

Very poor customer service. Walked into the store twice on two separate occasions and didn’t even get a hi or hello. Stood around waiting and trying on frames and still no help. Ended up leaving with no services provided. If at all possible avoid. There are other places that are way more helpful.

We have been getting our vision checks done here for about 6 years. The service is generally friendly and helpful. The Dr’s do change from time to time so you are not always seeing the same Dr. I love the fact that they can now take a picture of you with different glasses on and then you can view them on the computer screen. Such a great idea! I love the selection of styles. They have alot of options and various price points.
