Super Bowl

Came here with co workers on our fun filled event outing. We bowled, we laughed, and we ate some ok pizza. The fries and sides were better than the pizza. After 9pm, they have cosmic bowling. Wooo! Enjoy

Very unfriendly to our group that came in. Different members came in at different times, and naturally, wanted to bowl with their friends. Unbeknownst to us, they had put specific people in specific lanes. Because of the way they set it up, all of our lanes had cancelled and random times. When I asked about it, they were extremely rude. One employee to another (while I was standing in front of them) said «well, since they didn’t pay attention, they’re just going to have to pay». I certainly don’t mind correcting anything we may have done «wrong», but that’s certainly no way to treat paying customers. We won’t be bringing our group back to Super Bowl.

I’m glad that my 100^th Unilocal review is for Super Bowl, the place I went to have a good time the night before I moved out of Appleton. We went on a bowling double date here on a special night when ladies bowled for free. Yeah! For the men who paid for tickets (and it was still pretty cheap for them), it was unlimited bowling until midnight. Plus, it was galactic! Or, in other words, there were blacklights and certain colors looked extra bright. We had a lot of fun taking a bazillion pictures.
My fingers are pretty small and my upper arm strength is almost nonexistent, so I had some trouble finding the right size bowling ball. I walked all the way down the racks of bowling ball and I must have stuck my fingers into probably 20 bowling balls before I found one that fit me just right.
We had so much fun bowling and we were able to fit in three games all in the same lane before midnight. What a deal! A few of my friends got food and said it was pretty average, but I wouldn’t expect more out of a bowling alley. Luckily, my boyfriend and I filled ourselves up on fondue at The Melting Pot before heading over here to bowl.
I really liked that the employees didn’t kick us out exactly at midnight. We had already started a third game and they let us finish it, although they did turn on the bright lights. Overall, we had a really great time bowling to our hearts’ content.
Fun fact: This is the first time I ever went bowling with my boyfriend and he has always been semi-​seriously smug about how he’s a great bowler. Let the history books (or at least the Unilocal review books) read that I BEAT HIM!
