Toys R Us

Just came to look for a coloring book and crayons, poor selection of coloring books and only one box of crayons poor excuse at Christmas.

I was visiting family from out of town and was having issues with my window shades so I stopped at this store. They were able to exchange my baby shades for ones that were not broken! They were able to look up my purchase through my registry in Kentucky! Very helpful since I had a very sad 3 month old that did not like the sun in her eyes!!! The staff was very nice and helpful!

The main reason I come here is because my kiddo wants to go, and let’s face it, Toys R Us is awesome when you are a child! So, I humor him. Lol!
From the shopping for toys, jaded eyes of an adult perspective, their markup is horrific and their toy selection is weak.
For every birthday or Christmas I have shopped for, they either do not have the toy in stock, do not carry it at all, or I search Amazon while standing in the store and find the toy for a better price.
This past Christmas, a dad tipped us off that a Lego set we were looking for, that was sold out at this location, was at Barnes and Noble up the street. Not only did Barnes and Noble have it, but it was $ 20 cheaper there!
But, the staff is friendly and helpful. Annnnnd apologetic when they do not have an item in stock.
