I always enjoy visiting this place whenever I’m in town. The staff is incredibly friendly and have no qualms spending 20 minutes walking around the store with me and discussing the various flavor profiles of each wine. I always pick up some variation of earl grey, and pick up a cup of whatever green or white tea is featured for the day on my way back from lunch.

I have always received exceptional service at Fava Tea. Recently was there to select teas for the «swag bags» we gave to guests of a bridal shower. It was a spa themed shower, so I wanted teas that would carry out the theme. The woman who helped me couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped me pick out great teas (15 kinds) and recommended heat sealing them so they would keep better. I will definitely be back, and recommend them highly.

This place does have tons of awesome teas. (I like black personally). Every time I’ve went in there it’s been busy but not overly. It still takes forever to check out. A few times they had 2 women working and a few times that had 3. I still waited over 15 minutes to check out. I know they have to bag the teas and measure your order almost to a T, but you’d think they’d be a little quicker. It’s frustrating but I’ve put up with it cuz the tea selection is really good. If you have some time and are a patient person, then check this place out

Staff is not really interested in providing service. They enjoy «visiting»! Location is okay but with construction and prices it’s not really worth the hassle. Try other stores for better value and service.

Please just lock me in here for a few days so I can try everything because dammit I’m not good at making decisions when I have this many options! This place is a tea-lover’s dream. Dozens upon dozens of greens, blacks, reds, whites, and herbals in any flavor you can think of. Free samples of one of each. Really reasonable prices. You can smell any of their teas from a little tin reserved just for that purpose, and they’ll brew a cup of anything. The ladies working here were really friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. Just go.
