I just called these guys to ask about a product that was out of stock and they were the friendliest people you could ever ask to speak with.
I haven’t purchased anything yet, full disclosure, except for a sample. But if I like the sample, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Modwalls customer service is awesome. I just ran out of the StarGlass grout in aquamarine. They didn’t have any in stock, but ordered some and it is showing up within a 2 day timeframe. I also didn’t notice that I didn’t receive a 2nd bucket of white grout in my initial shipment, and they sent a bucket over the next day. I am not sure how far away I am from their warehouse – it might be close and that might affect the timing. Also, it was easy to browse and order online – they have a big selection of pictures of actual installations so you can see how the tiles look in real life. I would still order samples though – one of the tiles I liked was greener than it looked online.

I was looking for reasonably priced and contemporary glass tile when I came upon modwalls. They offer sample quantities and fast shipping. Once I placed my order, it came within a couple of days. The sample tiles (a collection of their Brio line), were exactly what we were looking for. Very good color and straight edges for contemporary lines. Modwalls has a great tile blending tool for creating custom mosaics. My daughter created her own custom blend and we ordered it. The shipment arrived in less than 2 weeks. We are very happy with the selection, price, and the prompt shipping. We definitely would order from them again.

started in 2003 when Rebecca Lonergan and David Bousfield, (entreprenuers and homeowners), decided that there was a solution to their love of glass tile and their frustration in finding colorful designs in a timely manner at a reasonable price for their own remodeling projects.
They both of came from careers in high tech in the Silicon Valley, and wanted to use the web to bring a product traditionally sold via «brick and mortar» storefronts to a wider audience.
They stock glass, steel, porcelain and cork tile products in a warehouse in California and ship Monday-​Friday throughout the US and Canada. Our goal is to provide unique products at reasonable prices with immediate availability.
