Not my favorite Bebe, but not the worse. I usually stop here for fun anytime I’m in the mall but never find anything! They’re definitely overpriced so I stick to shopping the sales racks. I’ve never found anything good until recently. Got myself a slutty pink gown for 40% off. that I don’t necessarily need. It’s also a size too small but I can suck it in. it was that or a size 0. I will find somewhere to wear it to. But we went in to find my sister a formal dress for an upcoming gala and she didn’t find anything! Fail. Oh but my mom did get a cool necklace for 50% off that she doesn’t need either. I’m from a family of shopaholics. Ladies working here are nice the majority of the time. Stop in if you like browsing cute dresses & jumpsuits.

STAFF is unprofessional! They judge a book by its cover. There was an older man with either his daughter or his chick spending big bucks. I wanted to try on a dress and NO ONE said anything… i waited like a big dork for about 15 min. Mind you i had already asked an employee that was putting clothes back onto racks if she can help me out… She said «the girls in the front will help you with that» Im like wtf you don’t seem to be busy… Girls in the front continued to be busy and did not acknowledge me what so ever! 15 min I waited like a big d*** in front of them. Not ONE WORD. Store was NOT busy at all. I walked over to guess next door and guy at dressers seemed occupied so I asked an employee that was not working the dressing rooms and she said SURE!!! She put her things down and walked me over to a dressing room, offered me shoes and accessories and I bought it all. Bebe’s clothes might be nice but not nice enough to make me wait like an idiot.

So I went Bebe website and found this fabulous dress and I had to have it. I called the Bebe at this location and crystal picked up the phone and was just fabulous. They did have the dress I wanted and had it on hold for me as so as I got off work. As soon as I arrived a nice gentlemen greeted me and gave me fast prefect customer service which is such a BIG plus for me ! Got too meet crystal and was just a sweet gal ! Will be coming back again ! Thank you again.

I don’t like to overpay for my clothing but when it is a special occasion, then I like to come to BEBE because I know I will always find something really nice here.
I already have my Christmas dress and new years is right around the corner so I wanted to find something for it.
As soon as I walked in, I saw so many beautiful dresses that it made it very difficult to choose which one I was going to want. I found a beautiful bright blue sparkley dress and after trying it on I found that it fits beautifully so I purchased it.
I am so in love with it. This store has some great stuff.

Customer service is awesome! The associates always do their best to accommodate your every need, from head to toe.
They take the time to help you look for your exact needs. If they don’t have your size or color they will find it for you.
Taking the time to call you for specials they are having. Who else does that?

By far my favorite Bebe location. Compared to other Bebe stores, I’ve never encountered a snooty salesperson here and have always experienced exemplary customer service. I came in here recently to find a dress for an anniversary party and I had a dress in mind as I had scoured their website beforehand and not only did the stylist/​salesperson find the dress for me but she also pulled some dresses that were to die for, needless to say I ended up buying them all. The stylists here do an excellent job of assessing what would look good on you with your personal style preferences. I spent quite some time in here and she was very patient and I really appreciated that. I also needed some shoes for the event, as I would be standing for 3+ hours therefore I needed a pair of stylish shoes that weren’t so high since I only own sky high heels. Overall, a clean and beautiful location with super helpful sales associates!

I gave them 4 stars because the service was great and I got 4 outfits for under $ 100. If u shop there, then u know that’s a great deal!

I love Bebe! Having a petite figure is frustrating for me because it’s a challenge finding clothes that fit well. Luckily Bebe has clothes that are available in small, xsmall and xxsmall. The material of the clothing is not always the greatest quality and it can be pricey too but I still love shopping here. I usually shop online because they don’t always have my size in the store. If I don’t like what I bought, all I need to do is go to the nearest Bebe store to return it. What I am not a big fan of is the return policy, Bebe is very strict. In order to get a full refund you need to return the item within 21 days from the date you purchased it and you have the receipt. If you come a day late sometimes they can be forgiving and allow you to exchange it.

The staff at this location are not always friendly but it has improved since Krystal, Sunny and Cameo started working here. When I first met Krystal and Sunny I was amazed by how nice they were to me, I never experienced that when I shop here. They assisted me with selecting different styles of clothes and when my size was not available they were happy to order it for me. Whenever I see Krystal she talks to me like I’m her friend, she makes me laugh and calls me by my first name. I met Cameo when I was returning an item that I didn’t like online. After the transaction I wondered why the entire amount went to a gift card when I partially paid with my credit card. She politely explained what happened and apologized for the confusion. Cameo was very pleasant to talk to. I’m glad Krystal, Sunny, and Cameo is part of the Bebe family.

I shop at Bebe a lot so I joined the ClubBebe. For every dollar I spend, I get a point. If you sign up, you automatically get 50 points. Then for every 250 points, I receive $ 10 reward to use towards shopping online or in-​store. When it’s my birthday I get a birthday reward. I shopped here so much a couple of years ago that I reached 1,000 points and I got unlimited free shipping for a year! If you plan to shop here often I suggest joining the Club Bebe.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I have never EVER received such great customer service in a store. Sonny (Sunny?), Alfred, and John were AMAZING! All of them go above and beyond their work, and seriously, I wish they could be working at every store/​restaurant/​everywhere!
Came here to do some Christmas shopping for my mom and sister. I was instantly assisted, and Alfred was the first to help. I found a nice coat/​jacket for my mom, but they only had a size small. My mom would be an XS, so I asked if they happened to have that size (since I couldn’t find it). He went to the back and said someone had it on hold. He called the person for me to ask if they were still interested, they were. Shucks.
I browsed some more, and Sonny approached me with a gorgeous looking trench coat for my mom. Never has an employee gone out of their way to search for something for me, in the right size. I asked for the price, and since it wasn’t available, he said he’d check and give me an extra 20% off for it. :O OK!
I ended up finding gifts for both my sister and mom, and it wouldn’t have been possible without all of their help.

Great customer service!!! After trying on three sweaters, I girl at bebe ask me how is everything, I said I like one of the sweater but too big for me. She said she will help me check to see if they have in stock by checking her computer system. After she check they only have small size, but I need zsmall, since I like it so much I buy it. Then as I walk out I saw a rack of same style, maybe I miss early, then I start to check it out, then I found my size. I bring it to her and ask for exchange. Since it was sale item, receipt clearly stated all sale are final. She smile to me and said yes, let me exchange for you. I apology to her for the trouble, and she reply very police don’t worry, it’s my job. I mean this is great customer service. I will definite shop again this place. I get two sweaters for $ 50. It was great deal and good customer service!!!

I LOVE BEBE… but I HATE THE MANAGER!!! She is so rude!!! Everytime I walk in and I see her, I walk away! She pretends to have good customer skills but she is VERY RUDE. I returned a skirt. She asked if I wanted something else, I kept saying «no, I want my money back.» She asked 3 – 4 times! (If I wanted something else, I would have chosen something else!!!) She then rolled her eyes when she turned around! FREAKING RUDE!!!
Another day we walked in 30 minutes before closing. She reminded us that the store was going to close in about 30 minutes. But her tone of voice erks me! rude again! While I was changing. she started moving the curtains and started saying «10 minutes before closing!» I’m thinking, «Crazy lady Shut it! If you want me to buy something, leave me alone!» And come on! most people who go shopping at malls know what time they close!!!
UGGHHH the store does fine while she is not there!

Once again, Bebe has succeeded to fail in the customer service side. Came in on Saturday to do some retail therapy and found a cute dress.
The girl (I think it was the manager since she punched out a younger girl to lunch) that rung me up asked if I was on the Club Bebe and I replied yes. She then asked for my information, I assumed to look up my account like they always do — except she asked for more information than what I was used to. I thought she was having trouble finding my account, so I clarified with her that she may find two accounts under the same phone number since my sister uses the same number — she just nodded and went on typing. Later that weekend, I got an email from Bebe saying «Welcome to Club Bebe» WHAT?! Great… I now have two accounts.
Did the sales associate not hear me? Seriously, Bebe, you employ great designers and merchandisers, but your sales associates on the floor, the face of Bebe brand, just plain dumb sometimes… well I guess dumb is a little harsh… horrible listeners.

I found out the Bebe store do NOT carry the Rami Bridal collection… wahh! So sad. And I’ve never been able to find anything here that I like. Poop.

To Be Or Not To Be… A True Bebe fan at heart– no doubt about that! I’ve been to almost every Bebe imaginable since my first discovery of high-​heel platforms. This location did not woo me, it was just plain meh. compared to the other Bebe stores I’ve naturally submitted myself to. But of course I had to check it out and this is what I found:
–standard appeal to store front (check my photo out)
–merchandise was in disarray on racks and shelves
–very limited selection of anything
–overall customer service was good
–overwhelming back store area of SALE items
This Bebe store definitely needs to clean up better, carry more seasonal items, and provide a more comfortable shopping experience. Considering the clothes, shoes, and accessories can be pricey; I have found that it’s worth every penny when I can strut around in 6 inch heels and feel absolutely priceless!

Not gonna lie, I love bebe! Cute clothes for any occasions. But what makes me not wanna come here to shop anymore are the employees and their poor POOR customer service! What the heck man! Its sales and retail!!! Isn’t customer service their main priority?! So, I went to the bebe at santa anita in my business attire because I had to give a presentation that day. Didn’t think much, walked in nobody greeted me. Walked around the store, an employee asked if I was doing alright? Asked if I’m looking for anything? She tried to help me look for a dress. Didn’t actually think much because I was in a hurry.
So the next weekend I came back, looking like crap in my victorias secret sweat pants and I was hungover and didn’t have any makeup on, but I was willing to spend money because I had my eye on a dress I wanted to get. Walked in. Nobody greeted me. Okay whatever I don’t care, I’m hungover. So I picked up several dresses to try on. Nobody asked if I needed a fitting room when I was holding all these dresses and nobody was even in the fitting room area. So I helped myself and just walked straight in. Tried on my things and I needed a different size but no employee was there. ugh! I was starting to get frustrated. So I had to put back on all my clothes to go find my size. When I saw one of the employees I asked if they had this dress in my size. and I also asked her if they carried any dresses that are more formal. I told her I had a wedding to go to and I need to find something not too slutty but at the same time real cute. Her exact words were, «not here maybe you can try another store, or at least not for you». What?! Not for me?! Are you kidding me?! I just wanted some recommendations. Shoudve never even asked her. I was so mad, I wanted to knock down their clothes. If I were still drunk I would seriously fight her.
Left the store empty handed and ended up buying it online without the bad service. Thanks bebe for being so rude. Or maybe bebe is just rude to their customers that aren’t pretty! Poor poor customer service!

i LOOOOOOOVE Bebe! I follow their collection so closely season after season and am always excited when the new stuff arrives. Luckily for Bebe, I developed a love for their style and service while I was living in West LA. I frequented the Promenade Store and was accustomed to receiving their impeccable customer service. When I moved to the east side, this Bebe store was the closest to me. I have to say that coming here has definitely ruined the Bebe experience for me. I’ve gone into this store many times hoping to be enticed into a shopping spree only to walk out of the store turned off by the brand and the employees. I’m rarely greeted when I walk in, even after I’ve made eye contact with an associate. There’s never an attendant at the dressing room to help you with your fitting and accessories like how they do at the Promenade store. What’s worse is when you walk up to the register and pay for something YOU found on YOUR own and carried to the dressing room on YOUR own, the snob at the register will have the nerve to ask you if anyone was helping you today. Obviously, you’re going to say no and obviously, she’s going to punch in her own employee ID and collect on the commision on your purchase. UGH!

My mom shops here a lot, so I think it’s appropriate for me to write a little something on this place.
So, Bebe at the Santa Anita mall. It’s been here for awhile and lots of women of all ages has spent over the top money on their clothing.
BUT what really bother’s me about this place are the EMPLOYEES. I have never really seen such a snooty group of employees in my life. They might be helpful to some, but remember, they are their for one thing, and one thing only, YOUR M-​O-​N-​E-​Y. So of course they are going to bite their tongues to help you.
Every time I would set foot in this place with my mom, I would always see one of of the snooty employees talking badly about a costumer. Mostly and always about their appearance and their age. — it annoys me.
so over all. clothes; sure why not, if you like the stuff. Service; very well indeed, Employees; GET THE HECK OUT OF THERE.

Bebe is my choice for work apparel. Stylish and chic and very high quality clothes. Sewn well with comfortable material. It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it. I am sitting in these clothes all day, they better look good and feel good.
Bebe sport is my choice of dance and workout apparel also. It feels like it is tailored to women my size and I have a huge appreciation for it.
Dancing 12 hours a week, like my suits/​work clothes, they better be COMFORTABLE… and they are, indeed.
