Good food great service. Out of all the locations I’ve been too this by far has to be my favorite, & the most clean too!

The chicken tenders here are amazing! Paired with the house sauce, either spicy or mild, they taste even better. This is a perfect go to meal for the mall if you don’t want anything too complicated. The fries are also really crispy, but because the meals available at Chicken Now are largely based on tenders and fries, they’re easily one of the more saltier eats you’ll have. Although the chicken tenders may be a pricy, they’re definitely worth it.

Tried this place for the first time today while at the Arcadia mall. It is located in the food court. The worker was friendly. I placed my order and the food came out really fast. There is not a whole lot to say as this is more of a fast food food court food place. My food came out fast, hot, crispy, juicy, and smelled really good. You get your choice of sauce. You get 2 containers but extras are an extra cost. Two sauce containers was more than enough for me. I ordered the 5 strips for $ 7. It’s a bit high, but the strips were meaty and really filled me up, so overall, price is pretty reasonable. It does not come with fries unless you order a meal. However, I had ordered Potato Corner, so no need for fries here from me. I just asked for a cup of ice to go with the coffee I already had. I really enjoyed my chicken here and am glad I tried it. I will probably order from here again next time I’m at the mall! The seasoned fries do look good, so next time I will try the fries here also!

Lived in Arcadia for this long and I finally decided to try Chicken Now, now. Sorry, had to do that. I had the #1 combo, which is their original chicken sandwich plus their fries and a drink. Order came pretty fast. Funny thing though, when the employee was capping our drink, she somehow messed up and spilled it all over. And then she grabbed a rag out of nowhere and wiped it from our cup. I still needed a few napkins to finish her slipshod handiwork. Just kidding, it wasn’t funny but annoying. The burger itself was nothing more than mediocre. The buns looked sad, drooping with self-deprecation. The lettuce playing the lonely sidekick. The only thing that was close to decent was the chicken. I probably should have just gotten only chicken. What really made the meal though was the dip for the fries. I asked for the spicy dip, and they gave me 2 of them, which turned out to be way more than enough. It was like a sriracha mixed with thousand island kind of dip. Sriracha makes the world run, bless their hearts. Maybe not the best place to eat, but then again I’d unfortunately have to say one of the better places in the food court.

I don’t know why, but I’m so in love with Chicken Now. From all the Chicken Now locations that I have tried, I think the Santa Anita Mall has the best one. This is my go to place every single time if i decide to eat at the food court. I always love getting the Chicken tenders, they’re just so juicy and tender with the perfect amount of crispiness to them. The fries also taste great because they’re lightly seasoned. I can taste the chicken tenders as I write this, just the best chicken tenders EVEEER!

My daughter and I went to the mall to go shopping and had lunch at chicken now. I have been there before and love the chicken strips meal, she ordered the ranch blt wrap. Of course the strips were perfect, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and freshly made because they were super hot. Her wrap looked more like a huge burrito, she said it was ok but started to eat my strips with me. We’ll be back but next time I think she’ll be getting the strips. LOL

No more extra sauce, and drinks can only refill for one time. No worth that. Taste so so

Food is alright but service is horrible. Today I went to order and I only got one sauce so a couple minutes later I went to ask for my other one. The guy that works there that packs the food into the bags asked me for my receipt and I said I already got the food and told him how I only got 1 sauce. He had such an annoyed look and was like L «30 cents». This made me have to go back in line to order and pay while I was in a rush to go back to class. Where’s the customer service?

They have amazing fries and their chicken tenders are always so juicy! *If you get the 4-piece tender box you can add $ 1 and upgrade the toast to a grilled cheese sandwich(YUM) *If you’re watching a movie that day show your ticket/stub and get 10% off!

The chicken here is great but the people working here might as well be robots. Absolutely no personality and seem to be annoyed when I ask them questions. Rushed me out so quickly, I thought there was a line behind me. I left a tip anyway. Hope they can improve.

The food is great and the people are very helpful. I absolutely love the food… sometimes it’s more food than I anticipated but I usually can just save some for later.

This was terrible! First, I asked what was in the buffalo chicken wrap and the girl was stumped. She just kept looking around while looking scared while everyone else just looked at each other. I can tell you one thing– it doesn’t include buffalo sauce. My friend ordered a grilled chicken cesear wrap. It was neither grilled(fried) and had no dressing. Also, the chicken was so hot that all the lettuce and the THREE jalapeño slices that came in it, were all soggy and warm and wilted. Do yourself a favor and pass on this option.

I wanted a bite & this place is my grandson’s favorite for chicken tenders. I ordered the meal with fries & a Coke Zero. The tenders didn’t have a lot of batter, it was pretty skimpy. The chicken, although moist, was stringy & a low quality flavorless lump of blandness. The fries were actually pretty good but I didn’t know I had to make a meal out of them. The Coke Zero was watery & flavorless. The toast was flavorless too. I had the buffalo sauce which was too salty & the bbq sauce which was too sweet. So I dipped the chix in both to make it palatable. The toast was also flavorless. I guess they need sides of strawberry jam to make it all better! In other words, I won’t go back!

Convenient place to grab a quick dinner before seeing a movie at the AMC. Shorter line than the Chipotle next door, and never tired this place before so took a gamble. Verdict: Winner winner chicken dinner. I got the grilled chicken breast combo, the chicken was the most tender and juicy(like dripping juice all over your hand) really blew away my expectations. I thought the chicken was tasty enough as is and didn’t even use the many flavor sauces that was offered, though the honey mustard was delicious with the french fries. The fries were extra crispy, it seemed like it was coated in light batter for that extra level crunch. I don’t know how they make fries like this but wish all fast-food places would have this option. Service was fast and with plenty of seating available in the food court, a better option than Sbarro and faster than Chipotle. Would eat here again!

I have to confess that I have a secret weakness for this place. I don’t know why… is it the fried chicken tenders or the french fries? It’s all so good, but yet all so bad! I ordered the four piece combo, which consisted of french fries, one piece of Texas toast, and four chicken tenders. The chicken is always so good here. I’ve never had any issues with it because it’s fried perfectly and juicy. The french fries, on the other hand, are a total miss. It’s probably because of the way they served everything that the fries got soggy from being in the closed box or from having the fried chicken tenders sitting on top of them. All that extra heat in a closed box can’t be good for them. Despite the sogginess, I ate the fries anyway because I’m a self-confessed potato head. Personally, I would’ve preferred for them to be a bit more crispy and I tried to salvage them, but to no avail. Let’s move on to the Texas toast because that was delicious. I could’ve had more than one piece! I think I would’ve been happier with an extra Texas toast instead of french fries. The service is about average though the one guy that works there(not sure if he just works there or actually owns the place) will 1) talk to you like you’re a child, 2) instead of talking to you normally, he’ll point at the sauce options, and 3) isn’t very personable to begin with. I hate to say it, but I can deal with his weird personality as long as I get my chicken and fries. Oh and extra sauce is $.30. Another customer asked for extra sauce and the guy informed him it was extra. I don’t recall if it was listed somewhere, but it would’ve been nice if it was. However, they gave me two dipping sauces with my order and I only ended up using one. Chicken Now, I’ll be back again. I’ll look past your service issues and soggy fries just so I can have some delicious chicken tenders and that addictive Texas toast!

When it comes to chicken sandwiches, I can’t help but compare to Chick-fil-A. I try not to but I just really like chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-A. Chicken Now is located inside the food court at the mall and usually there is a line but it goes by really quick. We came here for a quick bite to eat and I ordered their Original Chicken Sandwich with fries. I ordered Honey Mustard Sauce to go with my sandwich. My chicken sandwich was okay. I mean that’s not saying anything in a bad way. It wasn’t a bad sandwich and I liked it just fine but that was it. It definitely needed the sauce(ANYSAUCE) because it was a little bland. I was really hoping for some spice in the sandwich but none there. I didn’t like the honey mustard sauce at all and actually just used ketchup on my sandwich. The fries were good though but can you really mess up fries? Overall, I doubt I’ll be back just because the food court has a lot of other options but it does satisfy my chicken sandwich cravings for a bit. 3⁄5

Dare I give this fast food place a 4 stars? Came here randomly one day after coming to the Arcadia mall. We got the 4 piece box meal, which comes with like four pieces of chicken tenders, fries, a texas toast bread and sauce. The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside with a crispy and crunchy outside, which was surprising since usually it’s kinda soggy or not as «fried» as usual. The sauce really makes it, we got mild which doesn’t have any spice at all it’s a mix between a thousand island/ranch/tangy sauce. The fries were crispy and had some sort of coating on them that made them more crispy than normal fries. The texas toast was SOGOOD, but then again I love buttery thick bread heh. Not bad, I was very impressed and found that I would definitely come here again if I found myself in the mall during a meal time.
