Walked in, no waiting as I was the only one here, $ 40 cash for my 09′ Honda Civic. I searched around, this guy had the best price and he is a nice gentleman. I’d say about 15 – 20 minutes of my time. If you’re a l9cal, recommend coming here.

DMV sent me a letter requesting a smog check and after looking around on Unilocal I found this place. Edwin does not mess around. He gets you in and out in a breeze.

Super convenient for walk ins. When I got there, there was one person ahead of me and I was told to wait about 15 minutes in the seating area. Edwin was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly.
It is a little difficult to find but just look for the sign in the Unilocal pictures and it’s located next to big car wash on the corner of Live Oak & Santa Anita.
The Unilocal check in brings your total to $ 40 cash only which is much appreciated. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Edwin got my Toyota Tacoma smogged and certified for the DMV. Service was fast and enjoyable. He informed me that his brother is a mechanic in Pasadena. Feels good to know local mechanics that you can trust. Only got my pickup smogged so far, and I would highly recommend it. The price and speed are unmatched. Needed a smog check and just like the other reviews said, it was a quick 15 minutes in and out for $ 40 cash. Excellent service and fast!
They’re hard to find if you don’t know the area — it’s in a plaza called Arcadia Auto Care Center (I uploaded a photo — look for the sign and pull into the Center). It’s on an intersection with merging traffic from the right and easy to miss since it’s RIGHT AFTER the merge (when you’re probably paying attention to the merge and getting frustrated like I was). The street has a concrete divider so you’re going to be coming to the Center from one direction. It’s an immediate right, right after the merging traffic.
Also, as previous reviewers have said, they changed their name to Automotive Masters and are in Unit B, not C.
The address is: 10 W. Live Oak #B, Arcadia.

It got confusing because the name changed to Automotive Masters and unit #C is now shut down. But it’s in #B at 10 W. Live Oak.
Quick in and out within 15 minutes for $ 40 cash.

I was searching for a local place on Unilocal and this place caught my attention because of the reviews. I called and spoke to the owner and he was pleasant and kind. He also gave me a great quote to smog mu ride. Cheaper than most places. When I got here I didnt have to wait… one of the workers brought my ride im right away. I would recommend this place to everyone!

It’s that time again where I need a smog check in order to renew my registration. I found out that the place I used to bring my car has since closed so I was in search for a new place. I did some searching on the internet since I know smogs can get expensive after the CA fee and electronic transfer fee. Upon searching for smog coupons on the internet, I found one for this place $ 26.95 plus the fees which was the cheapest deal I could find in my area, without the coupon it is over $ 50.
I called before I got out of work and I asked if the place was busy. The person who answered the phone (I can only assume is the owner) said they weren’t busy so I decided to go with this place. It’s in the same lot as Evolution Automotive (see my review). Upon arriving the owner greeted me and asked me to fill out the quote paperwork and I handed over my coupon and he accepted it with no questions asked. My quote came out to $ 26.95 for the smog, $ 8.25 for the CA fee and $ 1.75 for the electronic transfer fee all for a grand total of $ 36.95. I wasn’t complaining. Once he started the process (which took about 10 minutes) I was out the door and ready to renew my registration. Great thing is that it’s just around the corner from my house so it’s very convenient. Also this place has an automotive shop where you can get work done too. I highly suggest printing the coupon because the 2 seconds it takes you to print that thing you’ll save yourself $ 33 bucks!

The owner has been in business for a decade. He seems quite friendly although the price is not as the the business title suggests. I was able to get my smog check for $ 50 and everything was done in less than 15 minutes.
