Friendly? I don’t think so. I got there and said good morning and he didn’t even answer. He should change his barber shop name.

Sal is the bomb. Walked in with a disastrous self-cut nightmare. I told Sal to do whatever he thinks can save me from this rapture. He delivered quick with one hell of a fade and combover. 11⁄10 will return. Got myself a go-to barbershop in LA.

Sal did an awesome job of cutting my hair. Old school barber that uses a straight edge blade for the sideburns and neck. Very friendly barber. Will be back again next time I need a haircut. Will also take my son. Great job!

Tried cutting my own hair and had a major fail. I went to Franks and they hooked me up with a fade and saved the day! Big shout out to Rafaela for making it happen!

Honestly, this place is just alright… Sal, the owner is quirky, but a bit temperamental, if he is in a good mood, you’ll get a quick, and decent cut. If he isn’t he won’t say a word, throughout the entire cut. Also, I think he expects a tip… which is okay, but when he doesn’t speak, or ask what you want, or show you what you look like in the mirror… then that’s not alright(I wear glasses so I cannot see 10 feet in front of me). I will probably continue to come here, but only until I find a new barber. It’s 14 dollars for just the cut. A few other things I don’t like: he doesn’t take his job very seriously, in the middle of cutting, he will just stop, walk over to the TV and stare for a minute or two… change the channel. Sometimes he stops in the middle and starts talking to a guy that just walks in. One time I walked in and he was asleep on his barber chair and his mom had to wake him up. Another time, the Dodgers were playing in the NLDS and he asked me who comes in during a playoff baseball game?

Walk in with 3 friends around 12:30 pm. There is only 1 barber working because the other is understandably at lunch. We are the only 3 customers. The 2nd barber comes back from lunch and this humungous man walks in looking for a haircut. I’m assuming he’s a regular here. The 2nd barber then prioritizes this fat mofo ahead of us. Mind you we’ve already been waiting for about 20 minutes. So lesson learned, unless you’re a regular they are under the policy«Zero Fucks Given.» Lucky to get 2 stars.

I’m visiting from San Diego and really needed a haircut so I gave this place a shot! I can honestly say the haircut I got today was one of the better ones I have received in a really long time. There was no line so I was able to sit in the chair immediately. The gentleman who cut my hair was friendly and very experienced. If I ever come back to the area, I’ll stop by again!

Truly as good as it gets here. I haven’t been to a barber in over a decade and Frank has really won me over. He was about to close shop but opened up for me to get a quick haircut then again for another customer. He was a stand up dude. Really nice and carried a descent conversation. Hair cut was great! Cleaned up the edges well and had a great fade. $ 14 charged me $ 12. I will definitely go again.

The people seem ok but honestly I just had the worst haircut ever. You can get better from an auto hair clipper. The lady who cut my hair, maybe in her 60’s, is a nice person, but not so nice when it comes to haircut for people in their 30’s or 20’s. Won’t go there again and will not recommend it to people, either.

My sis comes here for an undershave. Their staff is friendly. Their customers are friends and more then 1 was a returning customer. I was just hanging out but they had a John Wayne movie going and 2 people cutting hair. The line was long but they never rested or set down their shears until everyone had been serviced. Good work ethic. Sal was very friendly and talked to each customer during the hair cut. Price was $ 15, $ 5 tip. Not bad for an undershave.

Small family owned barbershop. Friendly and personable. Not pretentious, humble and real. $ 10-$ 15 for a styles men’s cut. Sal is the new owner he told me about all the cuts that are coming back from the 80s. Rafaela his mom is sweet too.

I needed a quick haircut after downing some paigu fan at Sinbala. So I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, waited about 5 minutes, and then trusted Sal with my hair. Another 10 minutes later I had a good haircut that was at least 90% as good as my normal stylist for about 33% of the price I’m normally charged. All in all, that means 100% return visit.
