Never dine in here always use the drive thru. Service is aways fast and friendly. Nicole was friendly and bubbly! Her laugh made us laugh: D

Came in with a coupon: Free hash brown and coffee or orange juice with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich. Ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich. Was surprised to receive my sandwich and hash brown hot! Delicious. Coming back here again.

This jack in the box is the one I visit often. Always great customer service even when the workers have to pull a shift on Christmas and such. I can always count on them with the right order! I can’t complain!

Went thru the drive thru to pick up some lunch — the guy working the drive thru was nice and friendly. Food was ready in a timely matter. My order was correct. No issues here.

At the end of the day, it’s just fast food. BUT considering it is what it is, I give this location 4 stars. Mainly because I don’t ever see myself giving any fast food franchise 5.
This location is the closest to my house so I’ve gotten to know it pretty well over the years. It’s always clean which is FANTASTIC. Their staff is always pretty quick to pick up messes and are constantly cleaning tables. They have never messed up on my order. Food is always how I expect it. This is a good dependable Jack in the Box.

This is a quick review… well, I’ve been coming here for years and this place is really a hit or miss though I was disappointed with the service today. This is a drive-​thru review.
FOOD — 2 Stars: You can’t beat their menu options when I say that, I’m emphasizing the fact that they offer their breakfast menu all day. I think that’s a beautiful thing and it brings a smile to my face every time I realize I have more options for food!
So, today, I ordered for us:
— Chicken Club: It took three tries to communicate the following: no cheese, mayo on the side, and no butter on the bread. I said it once, she asked me to repeat it again, and she responded with «it already comes with mayo.» ~_​~ I said I wanted it on the side! After getting the order, they got it right.
— Sourdough breakfast sandwich: This was as ordered and tasted the usual. So, no complaints.
— Croissant breakfast sandwich: My cousin had this and really enjoyed it. He’s from Philippines so I had to show him Jack In The Box… well not that we had to go, but given time constraints and the fact we were hungry, it was a perfect thing to grab to get going! Haha.
— Hash brown: I can only review one because I received only one hash brown. I actually ordered two hash browns, which I was charged for. Yes, so mister potato head was potato-​less for one day. No bueno.
— Chicken Nuggets: I actually forgot that I had tried these already and hated them, but with me being hungry, I ordered it thinking… oh! I’ll try it out! Big mistake. These were not good (again). There was more breading than meat. Whatever meat was present was muchy. It made me have a greater respect for the renowned chicken McNuggets, which says a lot. Needless to say, I will not order these again. It’s not worth the calories as I’d rather eat something else to fill that void.
SERVICE — 2 Stars: The confusion with the ordering and for forgetting one hash brown when I was charged for it is not good. There’s nothing that irritates me more than not receiving everything I ordered because it’s an inconvenience. By the time I get home, it’s not worth it to go back to get it.
ATMOSPHERE — 3 Stars: The drive-​thru is nice and pretty. This is a «recently» renovated location so it’s up-​to-​date. I’ve been inside and it’s pretty clean and new.
RECOMMENDATION: Well, I can’t beat the location of this place because of it’s proximity to where I live. So, I’ll still come here in the future though I’ll have to be sure to double and triple check my order before I drive off. =/​I’ll probably do an updated review, but this was just annoying to start my day off this way. *sigh*

This review is for the Chicken Tenders ONLY. Do not order the chicken tenders if you’re looking for more chicken than breading. I was thoroughly disappointed to eat more breading than chicken when I bit into my chicken tender today. =(.
I guess you could go for the Gold Peak iced tea?

My family and I went here today.
We went through drive thru. We tell them our order. They couldn’t hear us, so we screamed our order. Still didn’t hear. So we went foward. We scream the order at the cashier. They couldn’t hear STILL! So we ran over them, JUST KIDDING! We told them one more time. «What?” was what they said. Then we gave them a 10 minute lecture on what we wanted. And then they got us our order. The fries upside down. The food dry and gross. I think they spit at our food. Ulchh. Don’t go here. I’m just giving my opinion. Sorry. This place sucks.

Been coming here for years! Never been disappointed with service or quality of food! Always been happy with the new foods they cone out with with the exception of the breakfast bowls, didn’t like those… All in all
