I’ve been coming here for like 10 years and I’ve seen the store transition through many different looks. anywhoo doesn’t have much to do with why I’m giving them 5 stars Just the fact this place is awesome and makes me feel some type of way I love you Thank you for being there for me when I want tea, boba or treats

I ordered a green tea latte. It was too sweet. They tried fixing it but the result was only marginally better. If you don’t like your drinks too sweet this may not be the place for you.

My gf and I were craving some boba, so we went ahead and dropped by Lollicup at the Santa Anits Mall. First I must add that I am not a fan of shops in the middle of malls, nor am I fan of kiosks. Part of the experience of going to these places are somewhat hindered. It’s all about the ambience of blaring loud asian music, and seeing a bunch of students studying for their next quiz while drinking boba. But it is what is. However, despite the odd location, the place was still busy. There was quite a long waiting line. Grr! My gf ordered Strawberry Mango Green Tea with Boba. I am not a fan fruity drinks, but this tasted deicious. But it’s not a drink I would usually order. Her niece ordered Chocolate Oreo. This one was very good. I will order this next time but with boba. I ordered Taro Slushy with Boba. This was a favorite of mine but from Tapioca Express. Their version of this drink is too sweet for my taste buds. I will not be ordering it again.

Empty line with no cashier and waiting a few minutes. –1 star Waiting 10 minutes for 1 drink with no one else in line. –1 star Grapefruit green tea with little grapefruit juice. –1 star. Not good. There’s better tea houses in Arcadia to go to.

Ok… how does a Boba drink establishment run out of BOBA??? Went to the mall and was going to stop for a boba milk tea while I was there — went to order at the counter when the young man working said«oh, we are out of boba, sorry». !!! Oh well… lost our business. We will go out of our way to drive to Half and Half Tea Express, where we prefer their drinks but just not as convenient while shopping.

The management here is extremely poor. They are inefficient and the way they make their drinks are extremely cheap. The first time I came here I tried their thai tea with boba and it was tasteless. Their drinks were watered down and their boba is hard and under-cooked. I recently decided to give them a second chance because I caved to a sudden craving in the mall and it was more of the same. My advice: go elsewhere. In the SGV area there are plenty of other options to get your boba fix.

The worlds best service of any lollicup! They don’t fight with you if you want a special drink(I like lychee flavored milk tea, you wouldn’t believe how many people will have to end up asking a manager to see if they can… put lychee syrup in the milk tea…) and their customer service is top notch. It is a little pricey, because of mall pricing, but they have an XXL that is guaranteed to make you sing sweet praises of milk tea angels — it MAY even be a little more than you can drink in 30 minutes. Unless you are me. Then it’s gone in 10. But again, I love lollicup’s lychee milk tea. Thank you so much for always making my custom flavored orders without questioning me, I will be coming again and again because I love it!

Stopped by Lollicup last night with my husband while we were at the Santa Anita Mall. This location is located downstairs in the food court and only serve drinks(do not serve food like other Lollicup locations). Since it was cold, we thought it would be best to get something hot and thought Lollicup would do the trick(I have not had Lollicup in a really long time actually). After browsing through their extensive menu board, we ended up ordering the following: Honey Dew Milk Tea(Large Size, $ 3.65 prior to tax): We ordered this iced and it tasted just fine. But I personally would have preferred to have this made with less sugar since it was pretty sweet for me. But my husband liked it as is. Originally my husband was planning on ordering this to take home to save for the next day but forgot to ask this to be made w/o ice. I told him it will end up tasting pretty watered down so he should probably just drink it now. Lavender Milk Tea(Large size, $ 3.65 prior to tax): This drink was scorching hot, which I could tell just by holding the cup. After 20 minutes or so, it was somewhat cool enough for me to try it and it tasted so overly sweet. I ordered this drink with less sugar(when I requested to have this made with half the amount of sugar, the employee who took my order referred to it as «less sugar» and it also is shown on our receipt as «less sugar»). I ended up telling one of the employees about my problem and he did not hesitate to offer to make us another drink. And with the second one made, it was also piping hot(as hot as the the other one). When I finally got home(one hour later), the drink still tasted overly sweet. Just slightly a little less sweet than the other one, but still incredibly sweet. I think next time I would just order this with no sugar and just add in my own.(I actually added water to dilute my drink and reheated it in the microwave and it taste just perfect at the sweetness I would have wanted it to be). Almond Milk Tea(Large size, $ 3.85 prior to tax): This drink was originally my husband’s but he gave it to me because my lavender milk tea was too hot to drink.(This drink was hot, but still at a temperature that is reasonable to drink. Not sure why my lavender milk tea was so hot). My husband did not ask for this drink to made with less sugar, but it tasted like it had less sugar(which is how I normally order my milk teas). I think the employee who made our drinks must have made a mistake and made this drink with less sugar and the lavender milk tea the original way. — — — — — — — - (Total= $ 12.15, including tax) I appreciated that the employee who remade my lavender milk tea drink made no fuss about the drink tasting overly sweet and automatically offered to make a new drink for us without any problems. I had had problems with other milk tea places where they would blame me(the customer) that my taste was wrong and that I do not know how my drink should taste like instead of the employee who made the drink wrong(Hate to say it, but Asian people don’t hold back sometimes). Despite my lavender milk tea still being too sweet for my liking even after a 2nd time and both times being screamingly hot to drink, this place is still«A-Okay» in my book, thus the 3 star rating. For those that complain that the prices are rather high, you should expect that because you are coming to the mall to purchase milk tea. Rent may cost more here and that will also reflect in the price of your beverage. So if you do not want to pay the higher prices, then drive down Baldwin Ave and get your milk tea there for maybe $ 0.25-$ 0.80 cheaper. Oh also just wanted to mention that Lollicup location accepts American Express in case that may be the only credit card in your wallet and you also may not have any cash.

Came here because of American Express small business Saturday. Spend 10 and get 10 off. The drinks are overly sweet for the American palate. i asked for half the sweeter but the drink was still way to sweet. i better make appointment with my dentist now.

As we were waiting for the stores in the mall to close so that we can shop at American Eagle Outfitters Family event from 8−10PM, some of us were thirsty and Lollicup was the closest place that we can get a drink before they close up for the night. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff was patient with me as I was indecisive in what to order. I ordered green tea with boba and my friends ordered boba milk tea and Thai tea with boba. I was disappointed at the fact that they only have two sizes –small and large. So you’re forced to either one. So all of us had to order our drinks small as large is too much. The drinks were just ok. There was no taste to the boba and the teas were nothing special. We’ve had better at other boba joints.

Overpriced to the max. I’m mostly docking stars for terrible service. I understand it’s in a mall for convenience but — $ 4 for just unsweetened black tea and asked for an extra cup and wanted to charge extra $. Its a cup… You’re already profiting from my 4 $ tea. Well, now I know. Go to Nordstrom café for better service of you just want tea and coffee… And if you want boba before you go to the mall go to any of the surrounding boba shops– seriously right around the corner haha

Was craving a drink. Noticed my favorite CoCo Fresh after walking away with my drink from Lolli. Too Bad! I ordered a Rose green iced tea. It was quite refreshing. The rose flavor was florally but not too much, The sweetness wasn’t too sweet which I happen to enjoy. It had slight bitterness which means they overstep their tea just a tad but that’s ok I dig the bitterness in the background. No stamp card & prices are just as high as any other place. I will come back to try their jasmine milk tea next time. Wish they offered other jellies or boba flavors rather than just boba for such an extensive menu they offer.

Was craving some boba so we decided to go to this place over the other one in the mall. The boba milk tea was soooo on point! Refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The boba was chewy and tasted fresh The passion fruit black tea was just as refreshing. I usually drink the tea alone or with boba but i definitely recommend adding aloe or lychee jelly to it. Yum! Service was a bit slow but the workers were very friendly.

This Lollicup is a small island stall inside the food court of Westfield Santa Anita. Is a large milk tea worth $ 3.85? I have to blink my eyes a few times to think and say yes, I am worth it. Ha ha. I have to take out few stars because I think this retail is cheating the tax collector. If I buy a drink from Lollicup located inside Westfield Santa Anita, why does the receipt say Lollicup West Covina 112 Plaza Dr?

Like most mall kiosks, I find that this Lollicup is slightly sub-standard compared to its traditional brick & mortar counterparts. They do still have a decent selection though, and the food court convenience isn’t lost on me. I like to mix my drink flavors up a bit, so I had a vanilla/strawberry milk tea. Gotta say I didn’t love it, but I’m not completely against trying this place again. Stay Cheerful ;)

Found this location via Unilocal!Inside the mall food court, enter the Cheesecake Factory side, and it’s a little island Lollicup venue. I haven’t yet ventured onto other flavors, but had to get my slush peach fix yet again! Because they seal their cups, it makes it so easy for me to order an extra to take home since these locations are not closer. Lollicup has become my go-to for refreshing drinks, over any coffee or smoothy joint. I actually had set one of my drinks aside for the road trip home, but never got to it so I tucked it in the freezer for the next day, and it kept just great! Removed it and the taste and consistency kept to the quality as the day before! Love that I can keep a small stock of it for my week’s use and making a note to stock up on my next visit to OC or this location. Only downside is this location does not have the frequent customer punch card like the OC one did off Jamboree.

Lollicup is a nice little café selling bubble tea and Taiwanese snacks. Being from out of town, I went for what I was craving, Taiwanese Fried Chicken. The chicken was fried to perfection and it was only a few bucks. It was seasoned well too. What a great little snack to enjoy during the afternoon. The café itself is retro with green couches and located in the corner of a strip mall. The prices were good and service was quick. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick grab and go. Overall, if I’m in the LA area and craving some fried goodness, I’ll be back. – Check out my other reviews at
