This location is so disappointing out of the locations I’ve order pizza from
They don’t accept any coupons by far an rarely have any good deals would be great if there was another location near me

Had a egiftcard and ordered a garlic knot crust pizza online but couldn’t put in the code on the checkout page. I called and an employee told me that I needed to print the email out. My printer decided to die on me tonight and I tried to fix it to no avail. I figured I would write the code and see if they could just input it. When I arrived it seemed like they were quite busy because the only cashier was on the phone and someone else was waiting to order. 5 min later someone else comes and I ask him only for him to say «you need to print it» and when I said I have the code he replied «wait for the manager.» No one told her then so I waited another 10 min for her to come to the cash register. She was able to put the egiftcard code in and it worked. Took a while but finally got the pizza. It was good with very thick crust and the garlic cheese knots were yummy. The toppings weren’t very plentiful, especially the mushrooms. I liked the marinara sauce that comes with it.

Worst place ever! I ordered from this place before and always had mess ups. But today was so much worse, I ordered the big dinner box with bread sticks a cheese pizza wings and a jalapeño pizza. They cheese pizza had Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and the bread sticks were burnt to a crisp. called to get a replacement they lady said 20 – 30 minutes. 50 minutes go by still no pizza or breadsticks. The guy who finally showed up was rude and put the bag of food on the floor. Opened up the bag of breadsticks, burnt as much as the first order!!! NEVER ordering from here again!!!

I ordered a large pizza online via their website with the allowance of 10 toppings for $ 12 yesterday. The order was messed up alright, lots of missing ingredients and ingredients not ordered. In response to the missing ingredients and unwanted ingredients, the manager at the time which was around 6pm told me that she was the one that cut the pizza and the pizza looked pretty good to her. and that next time I should order with less ingredients or half as many ingredients (so they would get it right, I supposed). Instead of apologizing for the mess-​up, she defended as «looked good to her». She wasn’t about to offer us a refund until my husband got on the phone and spoke with her about how unhappy he was with the pizza. Mistakes happen all the time. Where was the decency! I’d not recommend this place to anyone if they want to get excellent customer service.

We ordered two medium pizzas on Halloween, with different ingredients on each half of the pizzas. They mixed/​got our toppings wrong, but I’m sure they were swamped on Halloween. Our pizzas were still delicious and ready within 30 minutes for pick-​up after ordering online. I would use this location again.

Ordered two pizzas for pick-​up. Got home and one was completely burned (carbonized) black! I’ve never had a commercial pizza in that condition, ever.
Why on Gods Green Earth would they slip that POS out the door and not ask me to wait for a replacement?
When I called later, the clerk promised a credit on my account. Next visit? No record of the credit.
WTF?

This place rocks, the pizza is always fresh! Gr8 customer service & quick delivery! Highly recommended.

Incorrect Raw Wing Delivery– Over 1 hour wait… after finally receiving our food we realize part of it is incorrect… FINE. In hope this can still be fixed we realize it is raw. With this whole process no one is perfect but bad customer service does not help!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am never ordering from this location again. Not only were the girls working there rude but did not know what the were doing. (I’m sure it’s not difficult earning minimum wage making pizza all day…) Advice to manager: train your employees to provide better customer service!!! And if u are going to be cheap and charge extra for sauces at least give your customer the sauce they paid for and don’t be rude and laugh on the phone and ask me to come back and pick up the sauce myself. FYI… I am reporting this location to corporate as well. The pizza was made poorly with only half of it with cheese. It was disgusting.

Terrible management here. Low number of employees and it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. Order was over 20 minutes late when there were no customers waiting in the store. Definitely going to other locations in the future. Not recommended.

Manager was horrible now I understand why the lady on the phone was rude. Marketing team needs to work on promos better and teach their employees to honor what was advertise. I know a good manager would of honor the advertisement and overwrite it, not like if I was asking for free stuff. Ultimately I went with the competitor for better service, price, and quality. Not ordering from this PH location anymore.

It is said that the wings would have taken 20 minutes. Till this day I am still waiting for the wings I have ordered.

Can I have another large pizza with hut favorite pan crust, premium crushed tomato sauce, pepperoni, hardwood smoked bacon, fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach, fresh red onions, fresh green bell peppers and honey sriracha drizzle for 11 dollars please?
Honestly did not expect much from pizza hut and was just having a lazy day… but I totally fell in love with that garlicky buttery hut favorite pan crust! Nom nom. More please.

They are open till midnight but for whatever reason don’t deliver EVER AFTER 11.
They always have an excuse. Examples: they don’t have a driver to deliver, driver broke down so you need to pick up, out of pan crust, and I can go on.
Seriously though don’t even waste your time.

The pizza has improved a lot, but the service has not. It’s probably due to the high turnover in this kind of establishment, but I don’t know. Pizza Hut isn’t normally known for it’s service.
Toppings are generous, crusts are good and buttery. Better than Papa Johns garbage and better tasting than Domino’s.
Wings and all the other stuff is nonsense to me. A pizza place should just stick to what it does best — Pizza. I wouldn’t order the box that they sell as that’s just terribly small and doesn’t fill anyone up.
I always go for the carryout deals — you can’t beat $ 10 large pizzas if you can go and pick it up… pretty good deal.

Just called to have some pizza delivered. Simple enough right. Nope I want to pay with my debit card but I can’t because I’m a new customer and they won’t take my card cause I’m new! WTF! Over 2 decades I have been ordering pizza for delivery and never have 8 ran into such a retarded problem fuck pizza hut.

This is the closest Pizza Hut to me and I’ve been ordering and picking up because they charge ridiculous delivery fees now. But, the workers here generally seem pretty miserable. Most likely because they’re young… or seem young.
Nothing different today as the girl working the register had her little fake smile on and practically threw the receipt and pen down for me to sign. A pleasant surprise today was that my order was «backed up» and I was updated by this other girl. My guess is she is the supervisor maybe based on her different shirt. Nonetheless, she apologized for the delay and offered me a free bottled drink or bread sticks while I wait. I definitely didn’t expect that kind of customer service from this place and that’s the only reason it’s not lower than 3 stars today.

Only rating the service here. The pizza is good, but the service is terrible. I ordered once for take out and when I got there to pick the pizza up, it wasn’t even ready. The lady working the register informed us that they «forgot» my order and didn’t make it yet. Instead of waiting 15 minutes for my pizza I ended up waiting about 45. The second time I ordered for delivery. I’ve currently been waiting for two medium pizzas for over an hour now. Unfortunately, this is the only Pizza Hut closest to my house so I don’t really have a choice. I’ll probably start ordering from Dominoes more often.

I got the advertised Ultimate Stuff Crust pizza (with pepperoni and cheese) with up to 3 toppings. The pizza was only so-​so. The pizza was hot and ready but I thought it was so-​so. I wouldn’t get pepperoni/​cheese crust again; it makes the pizza too salty and unhealthy, and I appreciate pepperoni more if it’s on the pizza.
My review is not only for the pizza but also for the online service. I put in an order to be picked up at a specific time at this location, and the cashier said he did not get the order, so I had to place the order again and wait 15 minutes. The wait was fine, I just walked around a street called Lee which was scenic and nice.
But yea… all the pizza huts around SGV seem to have bad reviews :(oh well. The online ordering works really well at Papa Johns. Maybe they have more reliable internet. There’s a chance I may have gotten the date wrong too… hmm
Overall, this place is nice, the pizzas are fresh and the cashiers are friendly as well. This pizza hut is so cramped though.
