I would have rated this hotel with only 1 star, except that the customer service was so amazing that it deserved an entire star of its own. Our room had a horribly strong mold odor. It was so strong that I had to travel down to Walmart to buy a couple of plug in febreeze deodorizers. The room was large, and was nice looking… but the smell was so awful. The king bed was incredibly hard. And the shower had no water pressure and would only get luke warm. We did have family staying in the front part of the hotel(we were in the back on the 1st floor), and their rooms were not quite as smelly, and their beds were much softer. (TIP: If you can climb stairs, I would ask for a second floor room, they did not seem to have such a strong mold odor).

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly — helpful — and accommodating. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. The hotel was very affordable. Rooms were comfortable and«clean». We had a microwave and fridge in our room –so it was perfect for a weekend of sports. They offered a nice breakfast with lots of hot/cold options too. The reason for the three stars was the possibility of bed bugs. We were told by the tournament director that another guest found bed bugs in their room. When asked, the staff was appropriately professional and discreet — they had«quarantined» the room and was waiting on an exterminator to confirm/deny. All of the people in our party checked rooms and we did not find any obvious issues; however we are still taking precautions with our stuff. I asked the front desk about the outcome and was told she/he did not know. I would encourage this hotel to do some PR as it is a nice affordable place and I would hate to see its«demise»

Stayed for Superbowl Sunday evening and the hotel was very clean and the front desk staff very friendly. They are dog friendly which makes it easy on our travels. The hotel seems newly updated and repainted. They have buffet style breakfast typically, but because there were so few guest at the hotel they did not do the buffet style. Because of this It ended up being better than expected. They went out of the way to make us breakfast and it was even delivered to our room. In room coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The room and bathroom was larger and cleaner than any hotel we stayed in for the last week of traveling throughout the southern states. I would reccomend this place to my friends or family. And I’m slightly germaphobic when it comes to hotel rooms. Ps– We usually stay at La Quinta Inn because of our dogs but the one in this town, Ardmore, had horrible reviews. We we are super glad we went with the Unilocal reccomendations. Thanks! And Woof!

Not as nice as other Best Western we been too. It was clean and it had pink sheets and pillowcases. Not that it has anything to do with the ratings. Decent place.

I stayed here once– and once was enough. This is an older Best Western, that looks and smells old too. It accepts pets and I definitely saw a flea in the carpet. Gross! I had to somehow put that out of my mind to be able to sleep that night.
