I recently spent two weeks here and cut my four week stay at this hotel short. I found the hotel to have a big problem and just poorly maintained. I found a dead roach on the floor and reported it to the front desk. I showed the staff the photo I took and her response was«ewwww, you can call the general manager tomorrow. «she never even offered to have someone remove it. I also saw bugs in my friends room. My last night there I used a fresh hand towel to wipe my mouth n found a long brown hair in it, NOT mine as I dont have hair! The laundry facilities are free but don’t work on certain floors and those that do don’t do a very good job of it. When I asked the staff about the dryer not working on my floor they said they’re working on it. It was out of service my entire stay. Finally feed up with the conditions and bugs I changed hotels to one just up the street. So far so good.

im from california. i have been all over this country a different location every week and this place is so clean, so nice and curtious. i order delivery and i was in my pajamas and the hotel staff brings my delivery to my room!!! how nice is that. when you walk it you know its clean you can smell it. this is by far the best la quinta location I’ve been to in the past 2 yrs. the one in oklahoma city had rooms that were very muggy and sticky this place. not at all. beds are the best ever. lots of pillows. the thermostat sets perfectly to temp and its sooo cozy.

I stayed at this hotel because we had a death in the family and I traveled about 300 miles to get there. I thought I needed to spend two nights because I was unsure of the funeral arrangements. It turned out that I didn’t need the room the second night, but La Quinta would not refund my money. It was not like I was on a planned vacation. It was a special circumstance. The room was very nice, but the breakfast was only average. So if I were simply a traveler, I would give the hotel 4 stars. But for compassion and uncertainty for a customer who lost a loved one, I give them a big fat zero.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in looong time. Service staff was helpful, nice, well dressed, funny. The room was exquisite. Great facilities. Rest rooms everywhere and Ice machines on every floor. A 24 hr grocery with snacks and medicine. Lots of towels. The included continental breakfast was awesome– sausage, waffles, eggs, fruit, pastries, tons o’stuff. They even have a bar. And the inside pool and hottub was boss… that’s open from 10 – 10. Great hotel, totally recommend.

Classy. Nice as the Hilton Or Marriott. Pet friendly. Wonderful staff. Frig and microwave in room. Popcorn and bottled water complimentary. Sparkling clean and fresh. Luggage cart. Wish there was one of these in every city. Will stay here again.

Clean rooms, great bed, and freidly staff. I had to knock off a star because they charged me $ 120. I know that’s probably the going rate in town, but I still thought it was pricy. They also have a great breakfast with a lot of different options. Will definitely be staying here again!
