Absolutely horrible customer service! Went in to simply ask if they took my insurance and they immediately dismissed me and didn’t offer to help with anything else. Nice glasses selection but prejudiced employees. Will never go there again.

My mom has been going here for 40 years, and now I see why she loves this place! I was in town when my contact lens tore, and the staff coordinated with my eye doctor in Florida to ensure I got a new lens immediately! They went out of their way to make sure the correct prescription was faxed to them from Florida, yet they didn’t charge me extra. The staff was so friendly and efficient.

Just got an eye exam and a new pair of Kate spade glasses! Very happy with the selection of glasses here. Plus everyone I dealt with was friendly. I will be coming here from now on for eye exams or if I decide I wang another pair of nice glasses.
