The worst services very slow food not that good salad not fresh delivery also slow missing items with orders

Myself and some of the other staff at the office I work at order from here sometimes. We’ve never been disappointed. We want good chicken, we get it. We want curly fries, they’re here. Last week we ordered a box of 30 honey BBQ wings and not only were they delicious and smothered, we got extra sauce without even asking. They mail us good deals and coupons… we’ll continue to get delivery from here!

I usually don’t rate anything however this place needs to be rated because of how awful it is. 1^st of all the place ran out of Pepsi… ok this happens no big deal… I got Sierra Mist. Then I go to the rest room to wash my hands and the hand dryer is broken, fine let me get the hand towel napkins… no where to be found. I go back to the dinning area to dry my hands with napkins and I tell the guy at the front desk about the broken dryer and he saids «oh yeah it’s been like that for a while». Hello… you know this and don’t even care? There are 2 TVs on the wall; one was working and the other had a frozen screen. I finally get my food after waiting at least 8 mins for it… keep in mind this is «fast food» apparently not fast enough. Then the guy gives me my food and tells me he ran out of trays. I’m thinking to my self how is this possible… there was only 5 people there? Finally the last straw… the chicken tasted like it was in the fridge for 2 months… it was horrible!!! This place has no attention to detail and has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I suggest no one ever goes there… they need to close this place down.seriously.

Recently this place has went down in quality by leaps and bounds. Overly greasy, cold food delivered & difficulty getting someone on the phone. Hope they get their crap together!

The food is ok but the service is terrible. I called in my order and they didn’t have it when I came to pick up. Then I reordered and while I was waiting the two guys behind the counter were on their cell phones the entire time. No wonder they «lost» the order.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed a delivery order which was to come within 45 minutes or so. Well the order came 1.5 hours later and missing our dressing for the salad. Delivery person pleasant enough. I have given this place many orders which have never come
within the timeframe. They have been given my last order.

Went in here around 10 pm the other night. Becky (I think that was her name) helped me. She was wonderful and very helpful. Since it was my first time getting food here she took the time to go over the different sauces with me and told me which ones were popular and what her favorite ones were. The food was ready pretty quickly and still hot when I got home 15 mins later. The food was ok, not blow me away great but not terrible either.
One thing worth mentioning, the 4 delivery drivers/​manager playing cards on the side counter should probably take their game in to the back where customers can’t see them, it doesn’t look good right out in the open like that.

A lot of poor reviews. But I think this is an ok wings place for a franchise. The wings are small but are advertised Bell & Evans hormone-​free chickens. The sauces seem all right; nothing special. Place seems clean.
The place does seem to do good business despite these negative reviews on Unilocal.I guess no one bothers to write a positive review for a fast food type establishment. I thought I might as well make it a point to state this and also support this ok regional restaurant business.

Staff just stands around on there phone. The wings are tiny. Seem like they never know what’s going on in here. don’t waste time or money in this place

Boneless wings is the way to go here. As others have said the bone in wings aren’t huge. On the other hand the boneless wings are awesome and a nice size. I’ve always walked in and found the staff to be nice. Great addition to a town with way to much open retail space.

This place was such a waste of money and time.
The person who took order was talking on the phone while taking my order and asked me 4 times to repeat my order… they still got it wrong… after a 1 ½ hour wait
The soda was flat, no ketchup, no napkins, no straw, burger was dry, bun was torn and missing a piece, the wings were tiny and the sauce blah.
The order was $ 11.00 and the driver had no change for a $ 20. I was forced to give a $ 9.00 tip …what a joke and a violation of a customers trust.
Not only will I never buy here again… I suggest you don’t either… fast food is fast and good… this is not fast food… it’s garbage for sale !!!
If the franchise owners reads this… you should know your days are numbered in our town… it is a privilege to have a restaurant in our town and this is unacceptable !!!

I will understand one day how people think they can make a better wing by doing the same darn thing over and over again, fry them, splash them with sauce, apparently that makes them awesome… sorry but no. They are small and basic wings and pricey for what they are…

Ordered wings at work. The person on the phone stated they would deliver. Entered order online and they refused to deliver. Wing sauce was generic (ordered teriyaki). Wings were tiny… Not worth the money… Also, while eating at work, the same idiot that wouldn’t deliver drove up with a delivery. Co-​workers enjoyed their food. Never again for me… I was better off driving to Candelight!!!

Not much to say about this place. My job gave them about 300 bucks in business for lunchtime only. They screwed up wing orders that were supposed to be boneless but we sent with the bone in. Did not offer to exchange but rather argued with me saying «that’s how I heard the order» you also didn’t hear that the combo meals are supposed to come with fries because you forgot two of those plus an onion rings. Your wings were also microscopic to the point of me eating 20 of them plus fries and still able to eat more. Sauce was mediocre and you put about a gallon of it on my plate. Fries were soggy too. Won’t return.

YES I did give this place 4 stars and still do.
THIS PLACE IS A FAST FOOD PLACE !! I’m giving a 4 stars if you compare it to KFC, Burger King, MC-​D and Other fast food place.

This was my third experience at the Ardsley location. I placed an order for pickup, previously saying they dont deliver. Only one choice of dipping sauce for my chicken fingers, and no new flavors from the website. Upon arrival I stood waiting as the staff spoke to one another. Finally going back in after a wait, the one cashier was slow but nice. When i got home and opened my order of a 5 pice there was 1 SMALL sauce and ONLY 3 packets of ketchup??? Really?
I suggest to people who go here double check your order, and having time to spare.
