Hmm. Cashier didn’t seem all that interested in getting my order right. I asked for a ristretto shot instead of an espresso shot for my macchiato, but he didn’t catch it and I don’t think he cared. The barista was friendly though; she fixed my order. Coffee is neither outstanding nor terrible, just sort of mediocre. I’ve definitely been better locations.

The people are rude. The coffee sucks and I’m pretty sure someone peed in my drink.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for 5+ years and I’ve never had an issue. The baristas are competent, exceptionally friendly and the service is great even when it gets crowded in the mornings. The sugar and milk station is always stocked and the seating areas are kept clean. On the one occasion where my drink was messed up the barista corrected it as soon as possible. I order complicated drinks with many modifications and I have never experienced anything but fantastic service.

This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve been in. It’s badly run and disorganized. The staffs aprons are always dirty and stained. Very unappealing. They are often out of the breakfast sandwich that I like and when they do make it it is cold in the center. So I’ve thrown it out! Tables are dirty as is milk station. The last time I was there they couldn’t locate toilet paper for the bathroom. Also parking here is a pain as you have to go down a hill and pay! Police are ticket crazy in this lot. I go here only out of convenience and try not to go often. I think the Starbucks headquarters need to check in on this place. Hate to write a negative review but…

Nice staff, but didn’t get my order right, didn’t have the syrup I wanted and the place is very dirty. Upholstery is gross, tables not clean despite not being very crowded. As others have mentioned, parking a challenge. I came from the Saw Mill Pkwy and no left turn into Starbucks is allowed.

I just to like going into this Starbucks… it’s convenient and my drink was always perfect. Over the past few months though their service has been declining. The barista’s are rude, they don’t call out the drink order, I don’t get it. It’s not like I have an overly complicated order, it’s right off the menu, I am not rude, always nice so why do I get treated with such disrespect? Is it because I’m not a full time regular at this particular location? Don’t even get me started on how dirty the place is and my $ 3.95 caramel macchiato this morning was undrinkable.

This is by far the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service is great but someone please give these people more hours. There’s a drive through but the whole place is a f***ing mess, so it looks like they spend a lot of time focusing behind the counter and not on the customer side. The peel off decoration things are disgusting, poorly applied, and the outdoor seating area is a joke. It’s appalling. Really. And they didn’t ask me my name :(

By far the LOUDEST Starbucks I have ever been in. Clearly one employee gets a kick as to how loud he can be by yelling out every order, really loud. In fact I witnessed him pass by a customer who was on the phone and yell«HEISONTHEPHONE!!». Okay… Good to get coffee and run, not hang and do work.

My favorite starbucks, it’s down the street from my home. It’s very convenient for me. The coffee is always consistent! The staff is nice and knows me very well. They have ally of outdoor seating which is always good!

The workers there are very friendly, but I do dislike that they aren’t full stocked all day. I work near there & every time I do decide to go there for lunch they don’t have what I want. If they were fully stocked all the time they’d receive five stars instead of three!

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a long while. It’s difficult enough to find them in this area of NY so naturally it required an out-of-the way trip, making the experience all the more disappointing. I’ve never encountered such slow, inconsiderate and uncaring employees at a Starbucks. The person who took my order kept mumbling and forgetting stuff, turned around to prepare the order, then forgot about it numerous times. Left my drink sitting around half done. Left the panini overcooking in the oven. Everything was served sloppily. The other barista arrived and had to ask out loud«what is this?» about the unmarked drink lying around. Alas, rather than help out, he proceeded to fumble while finishing it up, spilled half an inch of coffee out and dripped it all over the cup. Instead of remaking it, he just topped it off and closed it. I had to ask for a napkin to clean it up myself. Both employees were just hanging around more than actually working, on top of sneezing and wiping their noses all the time and not washing their hands(ew). Their attitudes were rotten and very unapologetic, like they were doing me a favor, which I assure you they were not. Needless to say I am no closer to answering the question I always ask myself when I venture to into Westchester: How do people live in this county?!

Parking is a bit of a pain, but that’s my only complaint. Friendly baristas move the line quickly in the morning. All in all a decent Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks experience, I sooooooo miss Starbucks. I don’t understand how there can be a DD or Honeydew on every corner in New England, but you can’t find a Starbucks anywhere. Regardless, the coffee was fantastic, as always, and the service was good as well.

I went«extra mile» to get soy iced latte and i unfortunately didnt check it right there because usually its fine, and person also didn’t tell me the drink ingredients while giving it to me(as they usually do). Guess what. When i started to drink it in my car on a way back to work — it it was made with a real milk — exactly I was really trying to avoid. Paid extra for soy, drive extra to place where i can get it and didn’t get what i ordered. At the same time i heard cashier was clearly repeating«soy» for another person to make it. not a happy customer.

I have been to many Starbucks, and I can honestly say that this one in Ardsley has the friendliest staff. They greet you with a smile, and make sure you get what you want.

As a fierce Starbucks addict I’ve been in a lot of them, but the one in Ardsley is slightly different because of the amazing staff that is employed there. They are always friendly and take time to talk to you. Your drink is made correctly, in any way you want to change or twist it. The sugar/milk station is clean and fully stocked. I’ve never had to ask for a refill on the half and half or whatever. The music is on a reasonable level, there’s adequate seating, the lighting is at a perfect setting and their displays are nice and neat. Located on a busy street in the middle of the Village, the parking can be a bit of a pain, but there is a large lot in back of the set of stores with parking meters that can be utilized. Again, the staff at this particular location makes a visit here worth while.
