Just completely mismanaged. How many people does it take to make a coffee anyway? 8 baristas in here today and it took 20 min for an iced coffee. And filthy. Wish JJ Beans was open today!

This place has progressively grown to be a better Starbucks compared to the way it used to be a few years ago. They have better staff and hence better customer service. The layout of the seating area is open but could be a little cleaner. They also recently installed charging pads for iPhones and Android devices.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Got my order wrong, after I waited for ten minutes, and it wasn’t even that busy. The barista was taking his sweet time, and still couldn’t get the order right. When I told him my order wasn’t right, he only stared at me and didn’t even attempt to fix my order. Won’t be going to this Starbucks again. Waste of time and money.

For the FIRST time ever in my experience with Starbucks… Today at 10:30 AM I was denied to order an ICED grande Blonde.
The cashier told me that «they don’t do that». I understand the iced coffee is a different brew but this is the first time I was not allowed to get an iced BLONDE.
Ridge Hill, Hartsdale, Scarsdale and every damn Starbucks I’ve gone to allows this.

Part of my Flat White tour. Meh. It was not great, sort of weak. Perhaps I have been spoiled by too much good espresso lately from independent non Starbuck cafes. My gold card is getting less use. This location does a GREAT job with the drive thru. Thanks for getting us in and out.

I’ve been to this Starbucks at least a dozen times and although the drive thru is pretty cool, my drinks are never that great. My bagels are always too dark and the baristas are a joke. A tea is almost $ 5 you would expect fantastic service

Worst Starbucks ever, this place seems like it’s dunned by high school kids. They got my order wrong 3 times in a row. And there was a lot of laughing and giggling going on. Very lame staff

Can I give a –5 star review? The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand why these people even have jobs… All four baristas ignored me in a very empty store for three minutes and then somebody finally walked up to the register and said «what do you want?» They were also all complaining about customers and making fun of somebody with poor English. Give me a break.

One of the worst I’ve been to. Asked for a black tea latte and was informed they were out of all tea except chai… apparently waiting for teavana replacement. Fine, they were nice enough about that. Fiancé ordered drink too. I got mine and asked for a hot drink sleeve. The barista responded curtly we are out, with the ones behind the counter CLEARLY visible… Wow. We then waited for ten minutes for my fiancés drink. When we asked about it, they acted like we were lying and she kept saying she made it. Finally, another barista found it near the drive through window… Not even an apology. The female barista making the drinks needs a better attitude or at least needs to pretend to be sorry…

Dead bug in my very berry hibiscus… and if that wasn’t bad enough, my breakfast sandwich was burnt and cold (seems like someone else ordered it before me, didn’t want it anymore, so instead of throwing it away they held onto it until the next person ordered it). Last time ill be going there!

This starbucks has to be the most nastiest one in westchester county, the drinks always taste like burned rubber they always burn the espresso. The employes also never pay attention when making your beverage!

The drive-​thru is terrible. Take abt 15mins for the whole process. The person at the window needs to be a little bit faster during the morning rush hour.
I ordered a caramel latte and it had no caramel in it. Never goin there again.

My favorite Starbucks in the area! Love coming here to unwind or to talk over some coffee… also love hitting the drive thru for a quick coffee before class or if I’m feeling lazy! Sometimes the coffee can be inconsistent, I prefer certain baristas over others but if I ever have a problem they don’t hesitate to remake my drink to the best of their ability! Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to, the place is always clean and no one is rude or pretentious at all. They’ve reduced/​adjusted prices for me on more than one occasion (always a treat to buy two things for the price of one). The parking is super convenient and I love the outdoor seating in the Summer! No other Starbucks in the area is up to par

Love this location as it is amazingly convenient. Situating a drive through Starbucks right off the Saw Mill Parkway is brilliant.
Super nice, efficient staff. Comfy seating to be had indoors and outdoors if you chose to stay and enjoy your bevies.
