Within the last week I’ve been to this store twice. The first time I was very impressed, not only with the clothing options, but also with the staff. The employees were very helpful and assisted me without my even asking. Normally I would not like this and just want to be left alone to shop… but it ended up being welcome help and good advise and assistance.
Today, unfortunately, was a totally different experience. The staff seemed to be MIA when I wanted to use a fitting room… so I just helped myself. Then, as I was getting ready to check out I noticed the woman before me being scolded by the employee for not letting her know she had a coupon before being rung up. I then frantically begin searching my email to see if I had a coupon too because heaven forbid I get yelled at! I wasn’t quick enough in finding a coupon so I opted out and just checked out. The employee was rude. Not friendly at all. Certainly doesnt make you want to go back.
Maybe I’ll stick to ordering online.

great people working there. Very helpful. Beautiful selection of clothes. Wish they showed more formal stuff too but the sales lady go on line and order what you need to the store for free and try it on there. She said order several sizes of the same if not sure what fits best. It’s one of my favorite stores. The colors and combos this year are stunning
