I frequent this location as it’s the closest one to where I live. I’ve been to another store which I recently reviewed(Algonquin), and compared to that one — THISONEIS A GEM. This location is ALWAYS clean, the ladies are always friendly and SUPER helpful. They are always there offering to start a room for you, they help you in the fitting rooms, and they provide great suggestions when asked. I highly recommend this location. Now, reviewing Lane Bryant in general — I think their clothes are pretty over-priced, but on the flip side — they do run a lot of sales, and ‘buy one get one’ offers, etc… So it helps to offset. As a whole, they’re still pretty expensive. But they’ve got the market cornered. I’ve just grown into the plus-size world due to some medical issues — so to be honest I don’t even know where else to LOOK for plus-sized clothing. So I always come here. The great thing about them is, they try to make their clothing very trendy and stylish. A lot of plus-sized clothing is like grandma-clothes, who wants to wear grandma clothes??? Not me, man. They’ve also got a GREAT selection of jewelry, and a nice size clearance section! I always find great deals on clearance. This store is an A+. Please stop by this location.

So, I wasn’t aware prior that this was an «outlet» location, but whatev. I swung by yesterday to return something very very old, never worn and with receipt, and ran into their 60-day rule. I ended up spending $ 60. Go figure. So, nothing out of the ordinary here: they were surprisingly busy for a beautiful Sunday, but there were a few areas for improvement: – Oh, fitting room attendant? Don’t be embarrassed when I ask you for a different size and you can’t find it — and then I show you up. Just hand over your paycheck and we’ll be all good. – Keep in mind, fitting room attendant, that when customers are in the fitting rooms, we can hear you griping to coworkers about how«fricking crazy» things are. Just because we can’t see you, doesn’t mean we can’t hear you. – Cashier, please learn to read your customer: If she has her hand out, and her things gathered, please stop talking to her and let her escape. It’s kind of a crappy location, so I always forget about the store, but I’m sure I’ll back.
