Edgar was great. Service was friendly and professional and when I found a better deal on line Edgar matched it. I had my mattress the next day and it was delivered by two guys that were also fast, friendly and efficient.

After going to a few places shopping for a queen set, we came here looking for something simple and affordable. Eric was very helpful and friendly, helping us to find something nice in our price range. Ended up getting delivery as well which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend.

I was leaving the Mariano’s store and I noticed their sign for a «door buster deal.»
I walked inside and began to settle myself in comfortably before being greeted by Eric (I believe he was stocking in the back.) I understand that most establishments require an instant greeting, but for a place like this with so many to choose from, I needed the couple minutes that he allotted.
Shortly after I made it past their temper-​pedic selection, I was kindly approached by Eric’s 5 out of 5 greeting. He was genuine, knowledgable and not intimidating. Instantly, I felt like I was in the right place and working with THE person that knew his product well, that would actually listen and discover my personal needs for this mattress. He asked me probing questions to discover ‘what kind of sleeper’ I was, and then from there, had me try several different options in the orange label section, it was if he knew what my response would be based off of what I told him. I do believe I found the mattress set for me.
Eric’s timing with the steps of the sale were perfectly timed and didn’t download me with so much info from the start. I was reluctant to make a purchase that day due to the mysterious measurements of my new bedroom of the place I have not yet moved in to. But what is important is that I am geared with all the tools necessary in order to make an informed decision. From free financing opportunities, to 90-​days no credit check.

Eric the store manager was really nice and helpfull. Came in just looking around i had never purchased a bed before so i had no idea what to look for.
He help me find the right bed for me and explained the differences between the beds i thought all beds were the same.

I just left the store with my girlfriend. We are both blown away at the service Edgar provided. He was super knowledgeable and he genuinely cared about what mattress would be best for both of us. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and he never made us feel rushed even though it was close to closing time and after his long 10 hr day. His level of customer service is superior and better than you will get anywhere else. He also took the time to explain payment plans and delivery options should we have chosen that. Not only did he know about the products in his store but he was also aware of the deals that are upcoming. He genuinely wanted us to get the best deal.
I will definitely recommend everyone to shop at this mattress firm and stop by to our buddy Edgar. I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Keep up the hard work Edgar! :)
