Pizza Hut

Only reason for 1 star is because I can’t give them ZERO! Not only did it take over 2 hours for our pizza to get delivered, when I was told our pizza was out for delivery before 10:30pm got it at 11:30pm. But on top of the 2 hour wait, when I opened one box of pizza it had absolutely no cheese!!! And was very very thin. When I open up the bag of «cheese sticks» they were actually just plain garlic bread! I called the manager (Jenny) and instead of apologizing, she says «well, what do you want me to do?» And then tells me that they put cheese on all their pizzas, which is the way it should be, however it was not done to our pizza. Being that it was 11:30/11:40 when I called and they close at 12, I obviously couldn’t get an actual pizza with CHEESE and my correct order of cheese sticks delivered to me. So I requested I get my money back. I will definitely not be ordering from them again! Just going to use up my credit with them and make sure I tell them to put cheese on my pizza!!!

It’s now 2:28pm, we have still not gotten our pizza. It was supposed to get here at 1:20, called and was on hold for 13 minutes just to be told they are short staffed and sorry. If you are short-​staffed, maybe you should let your customers know so they can decide whether or not to wait for that long? We are definitely done with this location. Ridiculous.

Makes great pizza. Last last time I went, I had to wait 30 min past their promised due time, which was annoying as we were starving. But this time I just went in a little later, just in case there was a repeat, and there wasn’t.
I like their healthy toppings and create your own. Sometimes they forget one or two toppings selected.

I’m only reviewing this place because tonight is the SECOND time I’ve had to cancel an order due to them taking well over the anticipated delivery time. Do not order online from here, you will be VERY disappointed. They will give you a time and never show up. When you finally call they say they are down 4 drivers and one oven. Maybe call your customer and let them know expected delivery is 1.5 hours and not 45min due to this. Nope. Instead I’m forced to yet again cancel and of course 10min later a driver shows up. Sent him away. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut. Never again.

Absolutely Pathetic service. I ordered a veg pizza from this stop. First they sent a non veg pizza. Then when I called to tell them that the pizza is non veg, the lady was very rude and very unapologetic. She rudely told me that the pizza will be «replaced» and she emphasized 3 times that they want the old pizza back. She also mentioned that she will send the pizza in 25 mins. When I called back after 45 mins she said that the pizza has not left yet and will take another 20 mins to reach. I hate Pizza Hut and this is because of the service of the particular store.

Never again. Very rude management. Took forever to get my pick-​up pizza. Ordered it online, waited 15 minutes as per the time quoted, showed up, paid, and THEN they started making my pizza. This was 3 in the afternoon, and nobody else was there when I showed up (nor were any pizzas in the «ready» holding tray/​warmer).

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It showed up late (expected) and cold (boo). What more needs to be said about a pizza place? On the plus side, it’s Pizza Hut, so at least it was only a $ 12 lousy pizza.

Clean, quick service, typical Pizza-​Hut pizza.

I’m not going to review the food as you know what you’re getting when you order from Pizza Hut in that department. I am reviewing this particular one though because their delivery is a disaster. Multiple times now we’ve placed orders through them during football games and it takes forever. The first time this year was around an hour and a half which we chalked up to a one-​time mistake. But a couple weeks later we were over 2 hours into our order with nothing. Called the store and the delivery drive had not even left yet.
I get that places can be understaffed, but they should be shutting down on new orders when they can’t fulfill them. And they should probably know that orders are going to be up during Bears games (for which we saw about 50 Pizza Hut commercials running during). It’d also nice to inform people that you are going to be delayed significantly so they don’t sit around waiting all game.
This particular location just seems to be poorly operated. We’ll be avoiding it in the future. Maybe for pickup things will go smoother, or during off-​hours. But I wouldn’t trust them with any delivery orders, they just don’t seem capable of handling them.

This is a great Pizza Hut! I ordered online and my order was ready in less than 15 minutes… I had to stop at Walgreen’s down the street so I was a little late, but they kept my pizza and wings warm and yummy. The cashier was very friendly and I was in and out fast. Good quality, fast service… but a carryout Pizza Hut.

Been twice for the lunch buffet… I’d say this one is sub-​par for expectations for a Pizza Hut buffet.
The place is a bit dirty, it seemed it wasn’t cleaned too often.
Both times it was totally dead, and they more or less did not put out any cheese or pepperoni pizzas, just the variety ones.
I would only go there if it was EXACTLY what you were looking for.

I dub this… Nomza Hut!
We were starving, and since there are always coupons in the mail for Domino’s, Pizza Hut and Little Caesars we ended up going with Pizza Hut because my boyfriends brother was expressing his love for the butter crust. The service and price were perfect, nothing spectacular (one of the guys up front at the desk was on a personal call and the girl who served me did her job and sent me on my way) it was a clean restaraunt, didn’t smell strange, I would eat in there. However, it was take out for us this time.
We ordered the Pannormous pizza (which turned out to be a large box with 2 rectangular pizzas touching sides to each other) which worked out lovely because we ordered half of the pizza to be sausage and half to be pepperoni. On top of that we got black olives all over, and extra cheese. Now I usually LOVE Pizza Hut cheese but at this particular location it didn’t have the same taste that it does at the one near Arby’s near Harlem… It was just average tasting cheese. These 2 sides of the pizza by the way were a particularly salty combination more so than at other pizza places I’ve eaten at. Particularly the side with the pepperoni cheese and olives. The crust also was not what I remember from all of my other Pizza Hut experiences, it was good, but nothing really «Yum!» about it like there is about other Pizza crusts.
However overall the last time I ordered crappy pizza from somewhere I was highly dissapointed with how little toppings that were put on our pizzas, this Pizza Hut was able to load on the toppings to my liking and it was fresh and lovely to eat, minus the little cons I just listed. I am VERY pizza picky…

Like most other Pizza Huts, not huge inside and food about the same. but Dale an Felix who were working that night are cool.
I saw them putting up with idiot customers who deserved to be thrown in a Port-​O-​Potty and rolled down a hill, but these guys never lost their cool.
