Autozone

Had a bad battery, I called to let Kevin know what I needed and he had it ready and installed it immediately. Awesome, awesom, awesome! Lance and Kevin ROCK!

Wish less stars could be given. Had Autozone Test a battery and stated the battery test result was a bad battery (see the picture I have posted of their results). Wish they were a plausible explanation for what they had described to me. Late Thursday night Walmart was closed Autozone was open. This is an EverStart Battery, guess he figure I was needing a battery and would not walk out without purchasing a new one.
Curious why a battery would go (bad, as Autozone stated) within 18 months decided to go back to Walmart to test the Maxx battery the next day. After all it has a 5 year warranty. Check my 2^nd picture with Walmart results. Guess this is on me for purchasing a new battery. Now I am 125.00 out of pocket cost thanks to Autozone free battery service or is it a scam.
Real problem terminal needed cleaning.
I feel bad for people who are vulnerable to this type of service or scam. You can get better results by being honest.

I’ve stopped by this location several times and have always found exactly what I needed. Granted, they were easy enough items, like windshield wiper blades, replacement bulbs, etc. Nonetheless, the store is clean and well laid out.
I find the service here great. I stopped by today because my check engine light popped on when I was out to grab lunch and got a free diagnostic. The assistant manager printed me off the report and told me what I needed to fix the problem.
I prefer going to a specialty store when you can get in and out quickly with great service. But, all in all, this place will definitely be my go to for the basics from now on.
