I’ve been ordering from this store for the last six months, when we moved into the ‘hood … Their pizzas are pricey, so I’ve taken advantage of the specials when the Rangers score 7 or the Cowboys score 20(last night) … Everyone in my family has been pleased with the pizzas we’ve ordered … we pick up, since we live a couple of minutes away … don’t want to wait 45 minutes for delivery … my orders have all been ready within 15 to 20 minutes … Toppings are okay … not plentiful … flavor is good… wings are pretty good, too … I wouldn’t pay full price for their food, but at half off, it’s a deal !

I work at USMD at Arlington hospital and my department normally orders from Pizza Hut but they always mess something up, so lately we have been ordering from Papa John’s. We always have a good experience with them and their whole team is knowledgeable. I really would like to Thank Marla she was very nice and informed me of the specials also she said all business get an 30% discounted. No one has told us that before but Thank You Marla for letting me know we will continue to us Papa John’s. Our Pizza is always hot and fresh and the delivery people are very polite.

I’m totally giving up on this place! 3 strikes and you’re out. Today I placed an order against my better judgement giving them yet another opportunity. i thought i had a $ 20 in my wallet but upon checking I only had a $ 50, so I immediately called the restaurant and explained on the phone that I only had a $ 50 and I would need $ 30 in change for my order. The guy on the phone said ok. We waited 40 minutes and when the driver got there with the pizza I went to hand him the $ 50 and he told me he didn’t have change. WTH? He then went onto explain that drivers weren’t allowed to carry over $ 20. I told him I only had a $ 50, like I told the guy on the phone so he could just take the pizza and go. I was so pissed. What idiots! If they couldn’t carry an extra $ 10, why not ask for a credit card when I called? 5 minutes later the delivery driver rings the bell again. He tells me he called the manager and he could follow me while I drove somewhere to get change for my bill. Really? If I would have wanted to get in my car and drive somewhere in order to get a pizza I wouldn’t be paying for delivery nor would I have waited 40 minutes for a pizza. Once again, idiots! At this point, I just shut the door before I tell him where to stick that pizza. We ended up getting takeout from OTB down the road for the same price as the over priced pizza would have cost anyway. Never again! Bye bye papa!
