Pizza Hut

Don’t go to this location! It’s horrible!!! They have screwed up my order the last three times I have been there! How hard is it to make a pizza??? I have never had such poor service in my life! I will not be going back.

Their pizza is good and you get what you order. And if for some reason you do not they will make it right! We always order extra sauce. One time I looked at it and mentioned that I didn’t think it had extra sauce. The employee instantly gave me $ 20 credit for my next pizza and offered to fix me a new one. Now that is the way to take care of customers!

I ordered a pizza almost 1 hr ago. When I ordered my pizza it came with a count down clock that I left up which said 45 mins. Also They sent me a confermation email with the exspected delivery time as 7:45pm which is also 45 mins. It is 7:55 my pizza is still not here. So I decided to call the store 5975 S Cooper St.
Arlington TX The young man that answered the phone didn’t have a friendly Profesional customer service voice. I exsplained to him that it has been 1 whole hour and that my pizza was not here yet. He proceeded to tell me that deliveries take an hour and a half. I explained to him that I recieved a conformation and a timer, he told me that it is wrong. I said ok this is bad customer servic had I have known the timer was wrong I wouldnt have ordered a pizza from them Dominos timer has never done that. I asked to speak to the manager he told me to hold 12 seconds later he came back to the phone and told me The manager said he is to busy and willn’t be coming back to the phone. I willn’t be ordering from here again. There are many other pizza places around here.

My daughter ordered a pizza today from this location, and they delivered the pizza in a box with clearly noticeable footprints on the inside of the box. When she called them, the manager didn’t seem concerned. He offered her another pizza, but she didn’t want to eat anything from this location. Disgusting!

This location is very RUDE! Every time I’ve called I say NO SAUCE! And square cut! I get sauce and triangle cut! They don’t follow directions. The GM Mark is very rude and unprofessional. The drivers are also rude! I live literally 5 minutes away from the store it took them over 45 mins to deliver and got mad at me when I called and asked the status of my order! Don’t waste your money on rude people! Go to Dominos, Papa Johns, Alfedo Pizza. Someone who appreciates your business! And I will be contacting cooperate!

Be Careful if you ever are in the parking lot outside this location. The Delivery Drivers are incapable of using their rear view mirrors. Tonight my 8 year old Godson almost lost his life because of the deliveries drivers inability to look in the mirror before backing out of his parking place. The Driver was an a Adult in his early 40’s. Real class act and the manager was just a step above in the way he tried to resolve the issue. As soon as he could the Driver drove away but not before cussing at us for complaining about him not bothering to look.

Always consistent, the pizza is always good, and the team members always helpful.

Thin crust FTW! The first time that I’ve had this crust was when it was first introduced. I was in middle school and I kept bugging my parents to order it every Friday night. They hated thin crust and felt cheated, but I loved it and still do.

They’ve always been prompt with my orders. I’ve never had to wait longer than 30 minutes. Pizza Hut is a good, commercial pizza. You won’t get New York style pizza but you’ll get a proven pizza recipe that works.
