Customer srv is amazing they refill your drinks they bring your meals to you hott and everyone is very respectful

Great location always busy and usually a line but it moves quickly. It is currently being rebuilt and will not reopen until sometime this winter.

Chick fil a is in my opinion the best fast food restaurant and the staff are always super friendly and courteous. Only thing I wish was different is that they open on Sunday’s which always seems to be when I try to go for some reason.

Consistently good food, friendly staff, quick service, and very family & neighborhood supportive. A winner in my book! Chick-​fil-​a is a proud supporter of our police department (and men in uniform in general) and they have MANY family activities all year long. 5 star for sure!

This has got to be one of the best Chick-​Fil-​As in the area. It is located off I-​30 and on the way to any stadium. They have probably the greatest staff working for them. The place is kept clean and just so enjoyable for a family night out. We even go there right before our Daddy-​daughter dance. Easy to get in and out, but can get crowded at times. Check em out.

Overall service was good but it could be better. Food is excellent, I have received better service at other locations for example «El Paso» much better customer service!

Well since i ve been hearing so much about this place i had to give it a whirl. Im from NY and we don’t have them there. So i found this location. It was packed. Right near the AT& T stadium. I ordered the basic chick fil a sandwich ff and diet coke. I wanted to try the peach shake but i had a feeling it would be too much and it was. I wasn’t really that impressed. It was ok but i prefer my chicken cutlets to be on the thinner side. just a personal preference i guess. The FF were good and the Chik fil A sauce was good. The service was pleasant and with a smile and they even took my tray and threw it out for me and noticed i didn’t really eat much and asked if it was ok. I told them it was fine just not that hungry.

Wow, Chick Fil A is without a doubt my most favorite fast food restaurant and what always made them distinguished from others was the fine service and dining experience one receives at a place that you wouldn’t expect. This Chick– Fil– A has a dining staff that really makes sure you have what you need, what you expect, and anything else that would make your visit there second to none. Definitely recommend

Okay, let me start by saying that I love Chick-​Fil-​A and the food is always great. My roommate and I went last week to this location and we found out they have gluten free items! My roommate is on a gluten free diet and it is hard to find any fast food places that have gluten free items. They told us that the grilled chicken had no gluten and they could make the fries gluten free. Today, we specifically went there because we wanted something quick and she knew they had items she could eat! We get to the window and she asked for the gluten free fries. The lady pauses and says…“ummm we don’t do that.” We told her that they had just done that for us last week so she goes to ask a manager. Then comes back and says… «yeah we can’t do that here.» So I chime in and ask why they can’t. I thought maybe because it does take a little longer and they just didn’t want to. We get to the window and I tell them I want an explanation as to why they can’t because we were just here last week, AT THIS LOCATION, and they did it no problem. The guy goes and asks the manager, I can see them talking and the manager is completely clueless. I see him say «No we can’t do that. Gluten is a flour product and we can’t make it.» Well someone doesn’t know what is going on! All they had to do was cook the fries in a different oil to make it gluten free… that’s it. I love Chick-​Fil-​A but I am really frustrated for my roommate since that is the only reason we went there in the first place. They need to make sure that all their staff is on the same page.

Consistency is never there. I have had to call multiple times because the teenagers working the drive-​thru spend more time talking amongst themselves and flirting with each other than making sure the order is right. One time a bottle of petroleum jelly was next to the window… and I really wanted to ask WHY someone was using that and handling food. The drive-​thru also is dangerous the way it’s set up now to pull in but they make due.
Food though always tastes great and is always fresh. Managers are always quick to try to help fix things when issues occur.

Had a spicy delux with jalapeño jack. The service was friendly, the speed very efficient, and the food spicy, hot, and tasty. A real new favorite. It was nice not to have them try and cram meal deals, and up-​sales into the mix. I also liked that the calories are listed in big print on the menu board.

This location has not been demolished… no idea what that other reviewer is thinking. Anyway, good food, gets very busy at lunch, so best to go after 1:30PM or so if getting lunch. Two lane drive-​thru recently added.

Very delicious and great customer service as well. I’ve always loved Chick Fil A for their great food. Also very convenient for people with kids, the play area is very cool for kids to play and interact with. Love it

By now everyone is familiar with the food at Chick Fil A — chicken strips, chick sandwiches, chicken bites, and salads, along with some desserts that include brownies and ice cream.
I personally like the food, but I’m at this location for two reasons — the play area is great for me to be able to watch my 4 year old play, and the staff is great! I am constantly amazed at how pleasant everyone is — from taking orders to actually going around to the tables and asking if we want refills, then going to the counter to get them and bring them to the table — at a fast food place! I’m impressed at the speed the tables are cleaned and the bathrooms are also clean.
For those with kids, this location offers family nights (usually Fridays) where they have games or other activities where families can spend time together having fun. Sometimes prizes for free desserts and free kids meals are even offered.
If you want to eat outside, there are a few tables, but the majority of seating is inside.

Fresh hot food, super fast service. Great location for Chick Fil A.

Waffle fries and nuggets are delish! Their customer service is the cream of the crop.

Service is fast and friendly. Want certain sauces? Just ask and they’re generous.
I’ve had about half the items on their menu and have had no complaints.
They offer a generous 13.5oz Simply Orange with their breakfast meals. +1 star
The chicken and biscuit is great for breakfast and their original chicken sandwich with Polynesian sauce is a great combo.
The chicken salad can be a bit on the salty side.
The chicken salad sandwich is another healthy option.
On a low carb diet? Go with the nuggets.
Lastly, their sweet tea is great. It can be very sweet for some so ask for half and half!

This is MY chick fil a and it’s better than yours. why?
Their waffle fries are ALWAYS hot and and their teas are made to perfection. Their chicken sandwiches also seem a little bigger. Their salads aren’t wilted and the ice cream cones come out prettier too. Bam. That’s why this location gets a perfect score. It has never failed me. :)

Okay. You’ve seen the «Eat Mor Chikin» cows climbing on billboards. Or «Cow TV». You know Chik-​Fil-​A is all about the Chicken Sandwich.
I really like Chick-​Fil-​A for many reasons.
First, I believe they have outstanding fries. Waffle fries, thick and flavorful with skins, that are fried in peanut oil. They are almost always fresh fried and served nuclear hot. And one serving is usually not enough.
The Chicken sandwich is tasty, seasoned well, and usually served fresh fried, too. A pickle chip is the only condiment, and it’ll draw heat away from the chicken and reach near-​volcanic hot when you reach it.
The menu offers many options like grilled chicken, salads, nuggets, slaws, fruit cups, brownies… but you’ll have to judge those things on your own cause I’m a chicken and potato kind of guy.
Finally, I like the Corporate ethics of this place. All employees are off Sundays. And every employee seems happy, courteous, and genuinely thank you for dining at Chick-​Fil-​A. I like that.
