This hookah place is bad place in the N.Virginia.Worst customer service i ever seen. Server never say hello unless you order big amount

This review is strictly for valet parking, they force you in a twisted way to use their services and this is how they do it!
Every time someone leaves a parking space and it becomes available for other people to park in it they quickly bring one of the previously valeted cars and park it in the empty spot to force people to pay $ 10 to park it for them. Plus the amount they charge is a lot considering this is Arlington not NYC or D. C! I would recommend everyone to park on the opposite street and walk there it’s a very short walk and it’s free with no time restriction.

Not minding the spider webs all over the place I decided to order food while I was smoking hookah once upon arrival of food I prep my burger 7 burger as I go to bite coming out of under the tray a cock roach comes out… This lounge has fallen off big time customer service is bad please step it back up

Horrible service. terribly expensive. hookah had this weird bad bitter taste that i have never ever had before. i know my hookah, and this is really up there with the worst. if you think sitting in a fancy chair is worth $ 20+, then yes, feel free… otherwise, horrible…

Super chill spot! Went here for the first time with a few friends and absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere and Amazing service! Food menu is somewhat limited but not terrible! I recommend!

Great hookah here and good deserts and coffee. The pretentiousness though of making people wait to get a table is absurd, in particular when the place is half empty and the waitresses are doing nothing.
I am too old to wait to get seated and half empty hookah spots should not have you standing for 16 minutes to get a table. Management needs to get over itself and service needs to improve to have me come back.

This hookah place is one of the best hookah bar l have ever been at. I haven’t seen a such charming place even in NY city. The ambiance is incredible, hookah was awesome, and the place is so clean, however, I have to concede that, this is not a really right place for low class people with negative attitude.
Anyway, If you are looking to have a nice, cozy, and delightful time, I highly recommend this place!

Back to Cloud Lounge: it’s the perfect place to enjoy girly catch up time or boys night out as well. I saw groups of girls only or guys chilling out, as well as couples etc. The service was a bit blah with indifferent attitude. However, I was so busy talking with my bestie that it didn’t bother me but it would bother others if they don’t want to be at C.L. for multiple hours. We ordered a hookah which was decent, their tea was nothing to brag of, I liked the chocolate dome dessert the most. It was delicious. I didn’t try any burgers this time, but I would like to try them next time.
Would I go there again? Yes, it’s spacious and clean. Perfect place to hang out with your besties. Unlike other hookah bars the tables are not compact and right next to each other and I like the privacy in seating. I would order multiple desserts and burgers next time.~

So every week my dad gives me $ 10 to go splurge on a recreational activity of my choice. I usually go to the movies or laser tag, but I decided I’ll try this lounge because it’s literally 1 hour 25 mins walk from my house. Please keep in mind they do have a $ 20 cover charge, which I had to save up two weeks’ worth of fun money for. I met up with some friends in the parking lot and went in.
If you can get passed the 20 or so Saudis that will thoroughly eye-​rape any female in your company. This place actually has a really classy ambiance. They had a band that night which gave it a nice jazzy feel. Not 10 minutes after I sat down, I was asked to remove my hat. Keep in mind I’m a cancer patient who has a very chemo-​therapy looking shaved head, but the waitress didn’t seem to care. Now I understand some places enforce their dress code strictly, but there was a guy with a north face jacket sitting two tables across from me. I removed my hat anyway. I also have Raynaud’s disease, so I have to keep my right leg elevated, but when I did so, on the little side table, I was immediately instructed to put my foot down by another waitress. At this point I was flagged as a trouble maker or something, cause after the foot thing, and for the rest of my stay I was being watched by some Serbian-​looking waitresses.
Oh yea, for some reason all their waitresses are east European. I’m sure any basic investigative work can link them to some sort of hookah-​slavery ring. Anyway, their Napolean cake was pretty good. I didn’t try the hookah because I’m under 18, but if you’re under-​age and want to smoke, this is a good spot for you. Unless you arrive in a baby stroller, they will NOT ask for your ID. Overall, worth the $ 20.

Terrible service, overpriced for what you get in return. Their uniforms look stupid and the staff seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Nice ambience, but super unorganized. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

The waitress didn’t allow me in because I was wearing «north face» out fit.
However the place was full of people with «Arab garment, usually with long sleeves, similar to a robe».
Obviously discrimination, nothing else would justify such terrible action.

If l could give no star, l definitely did. It’s the worst place in the area, wasting time and money. The service isn’t satisfying, pastries aren’t fresh, and everything will be served in disposable dishes and cups while they charge you $ 20 when they set you a table. Never trust photos in the menu which offer you fresh pastries and brtea in a ceramic pots. While you pay much for a bad service you should pay 10 bucks for valet parking that is ridiculous. Don’t go there if you are going to have quality time.

I loved their hookah. If you wanna have a good hookah, go there. Their menue is pretty short and limited. I had a chicken sandwich, pretty small but taste very good and fresh. I can’t comment on the flip flop thing, but I worn sandal, a casual one actually. No one said a word.
I loved the atmosphere. Its so classy and comfortable. I would say, its wayyyy wayyyy better than the Darna.
I will be back again

Hated this place. Ridiculous service. It was my first time there and I thought the ambience was nice, but not worth the $ 20 minimum. It took us an hour of waiting and half an hour of arguing with people who wouldn’t and couldn’t do anything before we finally received our food and proper service.
The floor manager eventually came and was apologetic, accommodated our wishes, and finally we were treated with respect.
I wouldn’t say not to come thanks to the floor manager redeeming the place, but do be cautious.
They also sell crepes, but apparently don’t have plastic forks to give to eat it with…

A little too overpriced. $ 20 minimum? Are you kidding me? It’s not like this place is in Manhattan. It’s on the roadside of a highway in Arlington.
The service is not best at all. They seem to be taking care of regular customers but forgetting newcomers are just as important. The sofas they brag about are only for parties of 5 and up. Yet when you ask them if you can sit there with 3 people they give you some other reason. Probably so that they don’t sound like a cheap joint.
Fix the service

Cloud well knows how to charge 20 $ per person whatsoever but they cant even make a right hookah. Even though its a Hookah Lounge, their hookah is terrible.
Service is below average, kunafah taste like plastic.
Only good thing is about this place is interior and little patio.

This place is nasty. They require a lot of shit such minimum charge mostly 20 $. They require dressy dress code for just a hookah lounge. Drinks are less than average. Pastries are those bought from grocery stores…
In this pretty country, most business places tend to be more casual and encourage people more to be themselves, spontaneous, wear whatever you feel comfortable with… This shitty place is creating a sort of discrimination. Appearance matters a lot at this garbage can… If a place want to require stuff like dress code they should also offer good service and hire people who smile and make customers day and speak good English… F it’s just a place that serves hookah that kills people with cancer… Get up. They should appreciate Unilocal since it doesn’t allow less than a star in the reviews. This place deserves zer0 star…

The is a great chilling place with great hookah and an awesome design. it was really clean and the seating area outside was really specious. The dessert and tea selection was really nice.
I read the other reviews and most of them are outdated and do not seem to reflect the current ambiance of the place. you also need to know what to expect. This is an upscale hookah lounge with great burgers and desserts not a fine dining restaurnt
