CubeSmart Self Storage

This place is brand new and beautiful. I got my storage unit a few months ago. Now, the price has gone up and not by a few dollars. I mean, come on over $ 40 dollars a month. You give a month free to get you in there, wait several months then wham increase the price. What happens in a year? Now, I’m going to have to find another place. If I could I’d put a minus next to the one star I would. RIP OFF

Great storage facility. The sign-​up process was easy. Friendly staff. New facility is perfect for short and long term rentals. Facility access hours are better than all other storage facility rental locations. Highly recommend this business.

This place was like a surgical unit, what more could you want in a place to keep your belongings. Air conditioned, carpeted and no one else had rented our unit prior to us.

Fantastic customer service any very flexible with billing and options! Was in and out in less than 15 minutes with my new storage unit, and the property is clean and professional. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

I called ahead of time to reserve a space and when I came in it was a fast easy set up. Michael’s customer service skills are excellent and he walked me through on prices, locks, insurance, where my unit was and how to properly lock it. I would recommend this location

I would have given them 5 stars for the service and how clean it is, BUT I called from work before renting to ask about the difference between the descriptions. The only questions they asked me was my first name. I did not give them my work number and in fact, did not give them a number at all. Welll, no wonder they didn’t ask for a number, they captured my number and called my BOSS a few days later to ask me if I was still interested in renting a space. This was after I had already rented the space and paid my bill. The hard sell of capturing numbers and calling and talking to whoever answers the phone does not sit well with me at all. The only consequence to me was that I am embarrassed to have gotten my personal business blasted at my work place, but my boss doesn’t care if we use the work phone as long as we get our work done. Can’t imagine the problems this causes when they do it to people that have consequences of this company capturing their number and talking to whoever answers the phone. It is a bad policy that CubeSmart needs to change as the staff at the location were the most professional helpful people you are going to find.

I love this place, Michael and Johanna are always so nice and professional. I’ve been renting a storage space since May and I have nothing but good things to say about cube smart.

Rented a unit in July. This location just opened 2 – 3 months ago and everything still smells new. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite and professional. Elevator doors close slow for some reason (but are quick otherwise). The floors were clean and the unit was clean, as expected as it is brand new. Locks cost $ 17. Their current promotion makes your first month completely free no matter how short or long you plan to keep the unit for. But they do charge ~13 insurance and ~20 one time admin fee.
