i would recommend storquest to anyone in search of easy, reliable storage. it was quick and painless to get started with a rental, the rates are reasonable, and the facility is clean and straightforward. online bill pay is simple, and the management has been friendly and accessible in case i’ve had any issues.

I had a good experience at StorQuest. I originally reached out via the website, then I was able to come and view the unit. The process is very fast to reserve the unit. Mohamed and Dan were very kind, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place… the rates are good too!

Was going to rent a unit at this location, but after the conversation on the phone decided not to…
1. On your web site it says you have 5×10×5 unit (5′ ceiling) for $ 45. But according to the person on the phone you do not have them. Either web site needs to be updated or staff needs to be informed.
2. The same person on the phone seemed to be irritated and had an attitude.

UPDATE: Within hours from this conversation I got a call from the manager of the location (Dan) who apologized and offered a unit which I wanted. Bad start but great recovery! Because of this rating changed from 1 to 3 stars.
