Took my mom here as a joke but ended up loving it. Very clean with friendly staff food was hot and fresh. It is truly a different kinda of lunch but we will for sure be going back. We had three different cones the Cheesesteak, Boneless chicken wing and the Scallop potatoes cone all which where very different and unique in there own way. Don’t let it fool you that it is attached to a Valero gas station it’s a very fun and good meal to eat.

It really was… ok But it has potential Problems: 1) cones are $ 6 and I could eat two. 2) inconstant hours 3.) Place looks like it’s setup as a «flybynight» here today gone tomarrow place, even though it’s been around two years.(needs some updating and removal of disco lights) Good stuff: Really neat idea! Decent taste — not killer but not mediocre either. With alittle twist that place could be the hit of arlington. The Dublin drinks are $ 3 but awesome and worth the price. Also the art work is pretty neat. PLEASE contact me owners. I’ve got some game cjanging ideas for your business. Truly they could be banking but they aren’t marketing themselves correctly and they need to make $ 6 into a meal, not a snack.

I live in Dallas, and I was in Arlington to visit a friend. So I remembered about this place and I wanted to stop by to see what the hype was about. So they opened at 11, and I got there around 11:15 or so. When I first got there the place was empty, there was only one guy working there at that moment. Don’t know if he’s the owner, or just an employee. But it took a while for him to even say anything to me, finally he asked me what I wanted and he didn’t seem enthusiastic at all. I asked for some pizza cones and he’s like«We’re not serving pizza cones right now» and I’m like well what time do you serve pizza cones? He’s like«Around 12» like wtf? And I was like is it cool if I wait for a bit then and he’s like«Sure». I was gonna leave but I’d figured since I’m already in Arlington I might as well wait to try these so called epic cones. Like 20 min later he finally said«Ok what can I get you» so I placed my order and I ordered 3 cones but I wanted a scallop potatoes cone as well and he’s like«We don’t have any potatoes right now» So I was like ok who cares no big deal. And I ordered mozzarella sticks, and 2 orders of the epic waffle fries, I told him I wanted the epic waffle fries minus the jalapeños and bacon. Well 20 min later my order was ready and I got my fries and what do you know, they had bacon on them! I already had a bad impression, and I was going to say something. But he had such a horrible demeanor and attitude and seemed like he hated being there, I was like if I say something this MF’er will probably try spitting in my food or doing something of that nature. And not to mention they have a tip jar that says«To insure proper service» as if you have to tip them in order for them to even consider providing good service, which I would of gladly tipped if the service was great. So I was like ok I ordered plenty of food, I’ll eat my cones and cheese sticks and I’ll take the fries home and feed them to my dog. Then like 3 other customers showed up, and they all took a while to get their orders as well. This one guy brought his 2 kids, looks like they just got out of soccer practice, well they ordered some burgers. And another lady that worked there showed up and she was way more friendlier and at least more attentive than that douchebag guy that was there. Well the customer was waiting for a while and he was like«Can I just get my order to go» that’s how long they took. And I’m pretty sure he would of left if he hadn’t already paid for the food. Well when I was done I wanted to order 2 cones to go because I wanted my girlfriend to try them, she told me if I went to bring her some so she can try them as well. I said hey man can I get 2 pepperoni cones to go and in the least enthusiastic way he said«Oh we’re out of cones» like really how the f*ck are you out of cones if the restaurant is called«Epic Cones». So I was like ok let me get a dessert cone. I was like damn I can’t believe how terrible at service this guy is. Well now to my opinion of the food, bland as f*ck, nothing special, feels like I overpaid, I’ve had Hot Pockets that were better. And the dessert cone was disgusting. I was like damn what a waste of time and money, never returning to this sh*thole place ever again. They offer catering but how the f*ck can they do catering when they can’t even properly attend 3 customers. The first impression that guy left on me was that he has a miserable life, and that he’s never gonna amount to anything great. He was absolutely horrible. The only EPIC thing about this place is the horrible customer service.

Well, for starters, immediately upon walking in you could tell that the guy either hated his job or hated us. He was frequently leaving the restaurant to handle some business about selling the three cars he had sitting outside of the place, and there were a bunch of people that had to wait. It got to the point where somebody who I presume was related to him had to go out and let him know that there were people waiting, and then he just sent the kid back in to tell us he’d be on his way soon. The food was alright, tasted kind of like cheap pizza just with a lot of toppings, but he forgot our dessert after charging us for it and just so happened to give a free one to the people before us. Probably won’t go back.

This place is a one of a kind concept and America has been built on places like that. I came here because my 4 year old was good on his first day of school and he chose and directed me here. He got the chocolate torte which of course he loved and I had the apple pie desserts. Both awesome and I can’t wait to come try pizza in a cone. I give 5 stars for concept, execution and very friendly staff… I’ll be back.

I really enjoyed this! Between my friend and I we have tried the Supreme Pizza, Meat Lovers, Chicken Enchilada, BBQ Chicken. I LOVED the Supreme and the BBQ Chicken. I really like the concept they have here, its a little change on some everyday foods, plus the people working there are the absolute sweetest people I have ever met. I sure do wish they still had the chili cheese coney one though, I was excited to try that one and was disappointed they didnt have it.

My expectations were too high, didn’t live up to the hype. Just okay! After eating these comes we were left wanting actual. We had: pep, cheese, and the chicken feta.

Its not the healthiest of foods, but its a really cool concept. The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations. The also have plenty of deserts and snow cones. There’s outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating. It’s connected to a gas station. That’s all

The concept is 5 star worthy The taste is 4 star worthy The price is 3 star worthy I might be able to update this to 4 stars after I have some more flavors(pizza/chicken). On this first order, I got the BBQ Brisket cone. For $ 8, it’s a bit pricy for what you get, but the amount of brisket/cheese/bbq sauce packed in this cone was substantial. Meat lovers pizza and pepperoni pizza cones are next to try. If you live in South Arlington, give this place a shot.

Great food I’m normally iffy on trying something that’s connected to a gas station, but the pizza was great! I had the pepperoni pizza cone and for dessert a pecan pie cone. Very clean and friendly staff! Oh yeah try the epic waffle fries!!!

I figured If I’m gonna say negative things about bad restaurants I should take the time to say positive things about Awesome places such as this place. Super friendly, and very well prepared. It is different than anything I have ever had and I must say it’s great!!! Give it a try and you will be glad u did!!!

I have driven by this place so many times and decided to actually stop. I was a bit confused by the name, and what they served, but the person at the counter was very helpful. I had the BBQ bacon burger cone and it was really good. Now, I consider this a restaurant, that is next to a gas station. This place is spotless, and I believe American owned. Will stop in again soon and try some other goodies. Stay hungry my friends…

Here is what you need to know about this place: if you like gimmicky foods with decent taste, this is your place. I have never thought to myself«I would like to eat my food in a cone of pizza crust». My husband had the BBQ brisket cone and I had the pepperoni pizza cone. It was a good deal because we came at lunch time. Only $ 5 each for a cone, chips, and a drink. The taste was good. It was fun to try, but it’s not the kind of thing I would go back for. It’s certainly calorie-laden, which probably doesn’t concern you if you are young and metabolically blessed. Overall, this was exactly average. If you haven’t been, go ahead and try it once. It’s at least worth that.

I’ve been driving by this place almost every day for months, and my husband and I first thought it was ice cream. Then we saw reviews that they had pizza cones and such. I debated whether to try it or not, mainly because everything in this location has failed abysmally. So, even if it was good, I didn’t want to get too attached. However, after seeing a bunch of great reviews and seeing a lot of high school kids go there at lunch time, I figured maybe it would stay around a bit and I could try it. There were two folks working in the restaurant side of the Valero when I came in, they were very friendly. I ordered a brisket cone for my husband, a pepperoni pizza cone for stepson the younger, and sausage pizza cones for myself and stepson the elder. The brisket cone was the best of the bunch, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing. The pizza cone that I had was just«ok», mainly because the sausage wasn’t the greatest quality, though there was a lot of it. The cheese also hadn’t completely melted and the sauce wasn’t the most flavorful. Believe me, I’ve had worse, but it didn’t knock my socks off. The cones were smaller than they look in the pictures. I was probably just shy of full after eating one… not really still hungry but not really full either. I definitely think two would be too many, but just a little bigger would be just right. I did see that they have many flavors of hawaiian shaved ice. Man, I haven’t had one of those in many years. I might stop by to get one and see if I like them as much as I did as a kid. If I were to try a different cone I think I’d try the philly or the feta chicken. If I needed fast food and didn’t have time to drive out to someplace like Burger Street, I might stop in again. But, I definitely prefer«real» pizza and BBQ so if I’m not in a hurry I’d seek out the real thing.

I added this place on my «to-do«list as soon as a I heard about it. For months I had heard of this new«pizza cone» craze online. Did I ever believe it would be coming in my direction anytime soon? Of course not! Amazingly enough the Dallas chain«Epic Cones» decided to open up a store about 20 minutes away from me. I have to let you know already, this location in Arlington is at a Valero. Which found really random, but as soon as we entered the guy behind the counter was happy to help and when asked what he recommend he said«Everything!». Usually I’m not one to fall for that, but this place was just… WOW. .Yes some people think $ 6 is a little much for a cone, but you know what? I was oddly OK with it. I liked my pepperoni cone that much. Another cute detail about this place is that they deliver, and the fact that they have techno/dance music playing the whole time. Kinda silly to some, but to me it was super cool. All pizza enthusiasts, come!

Great concept, great taste. I had the pepperoni pizza cone. The restaurant is inside of a gas-station. I walked in at 1PM and nobody was behind the counter. I had to go ask the person behind the register of the gas station if the restaurant was still open and they said yes and they eventually tracked down an «Epic Cone» employee. Food was great and the employee was apologetic about me having to wait, I just thought it was odd that the place was deserted at 1PM. Literally deserted, I was the only person in there eating the entire time I was in there. I know 1 is a little after the lunch rush but come on, really? I work in Arlington so I will definitely go back… if it’s still in business.

My Bestfriend and I were really excited to try food in a cone; having seen it all over the Internet. We were not dissapointed at all. The workers were extra friendly, which was real nice. The food was extremey good! I had the feta herb chicken cone and I absolutely loved it! My Bestfriend had the cheese pizza cone, which she also enjoyed. I can’t wait to go back and try and new flavor and maybe a dessert too!
