I love, love Henri Bendel. This accessories store is super hip and cute. It’s also super pricey, and the quality doesn’t match the price. So while I don’t buy anything full price, I run right over every time there’s a sale. And the staff is awesome. If you need some great accessories, definitely pop in here(and then watch for a sale).

They have a Henri Bendel in D.C. now! I wasn’t that impressed with this store location because I felt like they had leftover items dumped at this store. Don’t get me wrong, they sell beautiful items, but you will not find the newest here. It’s hard to like this store after you’ve been to the flagship one in NYC. Small store.

Oh, how I love Henri Bendel. This location is a small version of their ultra-huge and fabulous 5th Ave flagship store. I was so excited to hear it was opening. It has frivolous, expensive accessories(scarves, wristlets, bangles, earrings), in bright colors but even better in signature brown-and-white stripe pattern. This is not a Claire’s Boutique — you are not going to walk out with a whole bag of stuff for $ 25 — but I just love to go and look at all the pretty things. And let’s face it, the stuff is much better quality than typical accessory stores. Men, this is the perfect place to find something unique for your wife. The emphasis is on fun, completely useless stuff. It’s like trick-or-treating — everything you want, and nothing you need(except it’s not free :). My favorites are the Swarovski crystal dog leash and the $ 300 pet overnight kit that comes complete with a cashmere blanket. Told you it was frivolous. But so much fun! If you get on their mailing list, you will regularly receive 20% off coupons. Service is great. I ended up lusting after a necklace I had seen at the King of Prussia, PA location(2 hours from my house) and I called them up, described it, and within 2 days they had UPS-ed it to me, no shipping charges. Ladies, stop in and just have fun looking at all the pretty things. I can’t get enough of this store. And if you’re ever in NYC, the 5th Ave store is a MUST. A girl could go completely crazy in a place like this.
