Refused to provide a military discount even when presented with proper IDAND publicly disrespected a Disabled Veteran on Christmas. Slow and bad service any day or time of the night food is always lukewarm like it’s been sitting under heating lamps and the manger treats its customers as if they are a burden.

Very slow… They stated shift change… We should have left with the shift that just got off!

Nice and hot quick breakfast perfect for a 5am growling tummy!!! Service was excellent I wish I remembered the servers name I’d add it here. Ask for scattered crispy hash and two eggs! Pancakes are always soft and yummy!

Good food. Was pleased with my experience, especially since I was honored with the presence of an WWII veteran coming to my table and having just having a nice conversation… Amazing!

5 stars for our waitress tonight, Michelle. I come to this Ihop often and most of the time its an «ok» experience. Michelle was patient and awesome with my kids. We were there for a while since my kids were still hungry after they ate their entrees so we ordered another entrée after. She wasn’t annoyed, instead she was very understanding and went out of her way to make sure the kids were comfortable. I will request her area next time we visit.

If I could give 0 I would. I’ve never NOT left a tip in my life until now. There were maybe 4 other people in the restaurant. All the staff was rude and looked like zombies wandering around. Our waitress, Michelle, was particularly awful — I had to ask a different server 3 times for things she should have done. She was impatient and rude to my 8 year old son, who asked a few questions about the menu. My first fork was dirty and I had to ask for another. Our server screwed up telling me a coupon I had could be used and then when she was asked about it at check out, acted extremely annoyed and said I couldn’t, and«she thought I got that». I didn’t want to argue so I paid and left. No tip. Stick to this place on weekends only. Apparently weeknight staff sucks.

Harvest wheat pancakes are the best! They have such a wide variety on menu. Today I got the big steak omelette with Harvest wheat pancakes and I was in food heaven. Service was great, waitress was cordial and remembered all of my order; no cheese, onions with sugar free syrup and no butter. Frustrates me when restaurants can’t get that right. I will be coming back next week to get same order. Can’t wait.

Typical ihop. I live nearby so i come to this location alot. Never had any complaints about this place. As with any restaurant your experience is up to your server. Ive always been happy with this place. Cant beat the location, its near all of whats great in arlington.

Stay away. Car robberies are a continuing problem. Restaurant refuses to do anything about it. My daughters car was parked at the front door. Came out and the window was busted out and her college backpack was missing. The company refuses to do anything about the loss. The police said it happens often at this location.

Hard to believe this place shows 2.5 stars? I think in any business there are bad days but this IHOP right on the main part of I20 has a HUGE traffic flow and does a great job keeping people moving. Even with a large group like today they did AWESOME! Super fast service and great consistent food like always at an IHOP. Alejandra was our server and had a great smile, attitude and did a perfect job. Thank you!!!

We came here because the La Quinta breakfast was terrible and IHOP is just across the street. This is probably one of the beat IHOP’s I’ve been to. We came on a Sunday at 9am. So we were seated right away. No waiting line. Yeah. Out server was Keiko and she was exceptional. Very friendly. Very fast service. We even ordered hot chocolate and she apologize that they just ran out. We were okay with that cause she was so friendly and nice about it. I had the Smokehouse Combo and it was very good with pancakes and hot maple syrup. Scrambled eggs and smokehouse sausage just right. Everyone enjoyed our breakfast because of the food and fast & friendly service. I would definitely recommend breakfast here at any time but especially I would skip the La Quinta breakfast and come to IHOP.

Service was good, the food was good but not great, but the coffee tasted burnt. Also for some reason this place is LOUD. Yes it was busy but louder than most places when they are similarly busy.

I’ll agree with Aaron here. «IHOP is what it is». And so these reviews must generally be for the service and the location. Would you get anything other than breakfast foods here? If so, you should really have your head examined. IHOP stands for International House of Pancakes. Pancakes is what they do best, and I challenge anyone to tell me that their pancakes are not good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns… it’s really hard to screw those things up. Even a monkey could make a good breakfast. All that being said, I give this location 4 stars because the location is convenient, there is always plenty of parking, I’ve never had to wait to be seated, I’ve rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to order and the food comes out pretty quickly.

IHOP. It is what it is, but I believe that the service at IHOPs definitely vary depending on who they hire. I read some reviews on how the waiters looked scary and other things, but at this moment and when I’ve been here many times in the past, everything has been great and the servers were really friendly. An IHOP is what it is and it’s a place to eat breakfast type foods any time of day. The $ 7 menu is great of you don’t want to spend too much, and the egg combos with the seasonal pancakes are amazing(and sometimes way too sweet! lol). Bad experiences do happen to everyone everywhere, but don’t let that stop you from giving places a second try because you never know what you’ll find.

It’s IHOP, so you know what to expect when you get in. My server was prompt and the food tasted like it should. Nothing fancy, but still good food.

Same food all around. Sometimes they got specials for the summer and junk. Disappointed how some obols have summer lemonades and some don’t. =(. I love their steak tips plate. Yummy. Sweet meat with sauté onions and mushrooms. Yummy. I usually order that with pancakes. I like ihop cuz they got flavored syrups. Blueberry. Strawberry boysenberry. I use those cuz I hate maple syrup. Yeah yeah I know what ur thinking«this crazy guy hates maple syrup» but that’s my opinion. I love to drench my pancakes in a mix of all 3 flavor syrups! Yumm. Stomach ache to happen few hours later. But when I’m eating it. It’s sooo good.

Not all IHOPs are created equal. We’ve been to a few good ones. This is not one of those. Among the food delivered to our table, we received two rotten boiled eggs(in turn), two grease-dripping orders of «light» egg substitute, nearly flavorless fruit cut mostly near the rind, an underdone chicken strip, and a dirty glass. The tabletops were grimy, the glass(windows, wall art, etc.) was cloudy, and the condiments and syrups were sticky all over. The servers look ragged, many smell heavily of smoke, and a few look downright scary. We were told that the boiled eggs are delivered and refrigerated, leading us to two conclusions: the eggs are so old they rotted in the cooler, and we’re never returning.

I generally expect poor service at all IHOPs but this one is by far the worst one. The manager smelled like smoke when he greeted us. It wasn’t busy but i waited for a long time to be sat and even longer time to be greeted and have my drink order taken. While i probably will go back due to it’s late hours it’s sad that i have to go in expecting horrible service and mediocre food.

This place was nasty! The eggs were dry and had a weird after taste. I had to struggle to keep the food down. PLEASE find another breakfast place to eat!

A grown folks Mcdonalds. The table you eat on is way too crowded with 10 syrups. Who needs all that stuff? Every Ihop I have been to the glasses are always dirty.
